The website cause a lot of trouble…
The website cause a lot of trouble while trying to fill up infos even if you are already registered.
I would strongly suggest to have a look at it... On the other hand with the mobile app was a great success

Good in parts.
The website and the app both struggled when it came to checking my bank account. It proved difficult for the software for that purpose to return me to the website and the app. It might be there was a delay to the bank findings being approved.
On the plus side when I contacted the support team they responded within 24 hours.
Not great if you need to work to a tight deadline.

Breach of tenant privacy
Update - RentProfile responded and explained their process. While I appreciate their reply, I still believe sharing salary details in plain text via emails is excessive.
The tenant check process asks you to provide your HR or line manager’s name and email address. RentProfile then contacts them directly in email and displays sensitive details such as your salary and bonus in the content using a large, visible format. I find this a serious breach of tenant privacy.

A true definition of home away from home!
I'm thoroughly impressed with The Draper! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. I’m totally in love with the beautifully designed and modern finishes at the apartments. The amenities are top-notch, with a fantastic gym and stunning views from the rooftop and even at the balcony. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially when I was moving in. I mean, they were always ready to offer assistance. The location is perfect for exploring the city, not far away from Colindale station with plenty of shops nearby. I love living at The Draper because it is another home away from home! And would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
