As soon as a new rental listing appears on the market, you get a notification from the service. This allows you to react quickly and be among the first applicants for the property. I bought a three-month subscription and found a suitable place in just a month and a half—I’m really happy with the result. I recommend giving it a try!

The only thing I keep getting are apartments for which to send reaction I need registration and pay again .
It’s like they search for project to apply for
Maybe someone with high salary can use it but all of this houses are free sector where you need salary 3 times more than rent price . Couldn’t find anything else so useless for me .

This is by far the best search engine for properties in the Netherlands. I used it last year to find housing, used it again this year, and I believe that the service is worth every cent. Fast direct messages that enable you to apply for housing from anywhere, as soon as the properties are put online, ensuring you are among the first to respond. Keep it up! :)

Very good service, in my opinion, better than hiring a Makelaar. You receive new housing listings the moment they appear, so you can reply to a listing very fast, and secure a viewing. I managed to secure 5 viewings in the Hague through rentslam and secured a very nice appartment, better than my expectations and in reasonable rental for nowadays. I have already recommended rentslam to many people through word of mouth. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I took the 3 month subscription and I managed to find a house in 1,5 month. Thank you rentslam.

Ik heb heel wat services geprobeerd in de afgelopen weken en RentSlam was overduidelijk de beste. Qua aanbod maar ook qua snelheid met het versturen van nieuwe huurappartementen op de markt, dat ze het via Whatsapp doen is zo handig. Hierdoor kon ik megasnel reageren mét een mooie brief erbij en ik heb daardoor (ongelooflijk, maar het is echt waar) binnen 2 weken mijn fijne nieuwe appartement in Amsterdam gevonden. Ik werd op social media doodgegooid met advertenties van andere services, maar kreeg RentSlam getipt van een collega en dit laat maar weer eens zien dat tips van mensen die je kent goud waard zijn.

I did not have much hope at the beginning, but I did get many emails with newly published apartments/houses/studios. Some were already taken sometimes, or they did not match 100% with what I was looking for, but it's AI, so it can make mistakes too. Eventually, I did find and get the apartment that I wanted, and I am moving in soon! so I am pleased :)

I had a truly excellent experience with Rent Slam. I was able to find a wonderful house in no time at all, which was such a relief. Their platform made the whole process incredibly quick and easy. If you're looking for a place, definitely check them out!

Elke dag whats app berichtjes gekregen met woningen die te huur staan, heel fijn want dan hoef je niet zelf heel het internet af te struinen. Dit heeft heel erg geholpen in het vinden van een woning.

Ik heb een woning gevonden via RentSlam bij Rebo!
Super fijn dat ik via de Whatsapp service als eerste heb kunnen reageren zonder dat ik ieder uur zelf de websites moet checken. Heel erg bedankt ♥️♥️
Enige tip zou zijn is om de optie om de zoekcriteria iets gedetailleerder te maken, misschien met de optie om links van bepaalde websites uit te zetten.

Doet exact wat het belooft, in de huidge huurmarkt heb je een tool als rentslam nodig. Anders mis je 90% van je kansen. Na een aantal maanden succesvol een huis gevonden en daarna tevreden het abbonement weer opgezegd.

Vind het geen fijne website en veelste duur. Elk huis staat op een ander website blijf aleen maar accounts maken. En nog steeds niks gevonden.
