Brilliant service
Very efficient.
The engineer named Muj assessed the problem and promised to return the next day to fix my washing machine. At 8.30 am he returned and fixed it

Good quick plumber and efficient.
Simple repair that I wish I had looked online how to do . Cost £80+ to get a year's service and the plumber was here less than 15 minutes . But was good and fixed the problem quickly .

Prompt refund
I booked a repair to my washing machine from spring plan. Unknown to me my partner had purchased a new machine the same day. I rang spring plan the next day. rather worried that I wouldn’t get my money back but but it was fully refunded in a few days so really pleased with the service.
