Repatch delivered fast, reliable and excellent service when repairing my phone and dealing with the issues I had with it professionally. The best thing about the service which I have received for my iPhone 7 Plus repair is that it was repaired within an hour of collection, and my phone felt as new as ever when I got it back! I highly recommend the company and the staff for their amazing customer service as they deliver repair services for all types of electronic devices. I will definitely use their service again.

Recently got my MacBook screen fixed with these guys. Amazing service, it was really easy to communicate with them, they kept me updated with everything and their pick up and drop off service made the whole process easy and simple for me!

I’ve had a great experience with Repatch. I DMd on Instagram and received an instant reply, by the next day my laptop was collected. Shortly after I was contacted by a technician who broke down the problems with my laptop and costs. It was then fixed and dropped back to me in perfect condition. From a laptop that crashes midway through my dissertation to a fully functioning laptop that can work without being plugged to a socket... I’m overly impressed. Not only was my laptop fixed technically but the service was impeccable, communication was very clear at all times. Repatch really are the Uber of Repairs!!

I saw one of my friends receive there laptop back from rematch. Mine had not been working for a year and I was reluctant to have it repaired as I know about computers but didn’t have the know how to repair and the prices I was being quoted were ridiculous. Repatch spoke me through the process I had a consultation on the phone and then another one once my device was delivered after collection. It was so quick and easy to use and my laptop is back to life and faster that it was when I got it due to all the amazing upgrades. I came across repatch through a girl called Aliyah on Instagram. Since then, I decided to keep them close by just in case I will need their service. That day come when I broke my friends phone. The screen wasn't working, so I decided to reach out to the repatch teams and I spoke to Nick, one of the team member and they come to pick up the phone on the same day.

Nick kept me informed every step of the way and very patient .the phone came back fully functioning. Their service and communication 100% I had a Great experience from the start to finish I highly recommend them .

Great company! Everyone was really helpful. My laptop came with some hidden monster problems, which the company communicated to me, talked me through and set about fixing! I’ve used another company for several years - but who knew what I was missing!! I am one very happy customer. Had my laptop serviced and my hard drive increased; and also had my ipad screen fixed. Both came back good as new. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again! Thanks guys!

I had come across repatch via an advert on my Instagram page. I was having some issues with my Samsung S7 active my SIM card tray was not reading my SIM card as it had been damaged. So I reached out to the repatch team. I was very impressed with customer service I received speaking to one of the repatch team (Nick). They came to my house the same day to pick up the phone.

There were a few minor issues but I was informed every step of the way with the update of what stage my phone was at keeping me reassured. I got my phone back in full working order SIM card tray now reading my SIM card "I was very impressed". Plus I also got a FREE charger for the repair taking a little longer than expected AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would strongly recommend anyone to use there services as they are very professional, prices are very reasonable, they come out on the same day to fix your phone but the most important the customer service is on point. I have already recommended many friends and family to them.
