I didn't even know a service like this existed!! I was very happy with the professionalism of the service provided and would highly reccomend giving it a try. Being able to have a phone technician drive down to your location is a luxury I definitely don't mind paying for, for convenience.

I’ve always attempted to fix my phone myself or get it fixed with non genuine parts. But this time I opted for Repatch. After a seeing all the good reviews I thought why not. Within minutes I received a decent quote and estimated pick up time.

Terrible - the phone is broken again in less than two months and not covered by their warranty. Would not use the service again and my phone is worse off than when I gave it to them in the first place.

I had already been done with this situation and been busy this evening. I am not trying to get a free 'repair'. When I finally read the messages and sent a picture of my phone, instead of being useful I was told that I damaged my own phone.

I can put proof here that shows you expressing that you will further damage the back of my phone to fix the screen which I allowed. You have then gone on to harass me by phone after being blocked on social media. Please stop contacting me.

I have the right to express my opinion and I would have let this remain 5 stars if I did not receive such an aggressive response for a reasonable request.

Overall, the repair is inadequate - highly recommend for people who want a short term fix (not even one month).

Best way to fix your phone .Sit back Relax and wait someone to come pick up your device. Wait 1 hour or 2 hours and you have your device back brand new. I had Samsung galaxy J5 blocked took him 40-50min to come get my phone and come back👍.
