Order sent to MEREPACK which no longer operating.
Order sent toMEREPACK which no longer on line! A ring arrived not ordered from MEREPACK stating this had been sent in error and my clothes order sent to wrong address.
I asked for refund and would post ring back if they pay postage.
They declined said to keep the ring and would offer me a part refund.
I said no thank you . This went on for weeks I complained and was told they would give me a 70% refund by now I was tired of it all so said yes.i am still waiting.
This is a scam as I was sent this by mistake showing all the other people they have scammed I do have a list and it's hundreds !

NO ACTION FRAUD FAILED
What I understand is that you should be called NO Action Fraud. You decide not to act on all matters. Your feedback of 1* on trust pilot is a disgrace and your refusal to even ask for evidence is a disgrace and proves that you are not fit for purpose and should be shut down. You are run by incompetents who have no clue how to protect the public. It thought that was the idea. Absolute disgrace.
Wake up. Do the job! Like the MET Police not fit for purpose. Head of NFIB should be fired and someone who is serious about defending the public interest put in their place. It is completely unacceptable that predatory criminals take money out of the pockets of hard working people, businesses, and organisations, callously targeting the most vulnerable, online and in their homes. The volume of and severity of fraud also undermines public confidence in the rule of law and threatens our national and economic security. SHAME ON YOU.

Serious complex fraud, eight years on files missing from the Force however triggers nothing.
Made a corruption report, however four months on, save from receiving ‘blank emails’ no update.. Called today and the report has vanished, spent hour listening to repeated waffle, knew less than myself failed to even make enquiries or speak with a supervisor.. Report data had been deleted from their systems as CORRUPTION is covered up.

They protect scammers by giving them time. They do nothing to protect victims of scam.
Completely counterproductive entity supposed to fight fraud.
The chat system completely useless, callcenters you wait 30 minutes and they know nothing, do nothing. It’s a shame for UK
