I ordered two remote controlled cars for my sons. The cars arrived today, however, neither of them was remote controlled as advertised on their website. Just standard plastic toy cars. I feel scammed. What is more, one of the cars had a bad scratch on the bonnet. Funny thing, they both have battery slots, although empty, with no metal elements – just an empty plastic hollow space.
On their website there is a link “track your order”. However, when you click on it, it leads you to a 404 error page. It doesn’t look like a legitimate website.
Avoid.

Ordered through Easyfrot website but the company name on my CC statement is "reposaltrust". Their customer service kept stringing me along saying 'be patient your parcel is on the way'. I kept getting tracking updates saying parcel is in sorting center, parcel is in inspection, parcel departed, parcel received in destination country, parcel in customs...the tracking updates went on and on for over 30 days. Finally I disputed the charge with my CC company and wouldn't you know the next day they send me an email saying saying a refund will be issued and 'yes you placed this order but we see it didn't ship" If it didn't ship, why would they continue to send me tracking updates. Well I'll tell you why, it's a scam company; they took my money and never shipped my order.

I ordered for windshield back in February but it haven't arrived yet.
The Customer Service keeps on saying its on the way but seems like got lost on the way.

I have ordered a lot of things online but this is the worst platform I encountered. No one seems to care as no one is giving an update on what is happening.

I ordered January 18, here it is 3 months later still haven't received my order.

I ordered a curling iron but it cannot be plugged into a regular electrical outlet. This is useless as far as i am concerned. I would like to know what this can be plugged into. Sorry I ordered it. Waste of my hard earned money

I ordered a Smoking Mixology set and only recieved the bark
No smoker no lighter nothing else just thr bark.
They communicated but what the use emails back and forth apologising not good enough. I want the whole KIT not just the bark

We purchased 4 of the robustravbit chew toys. We read all the reviews and everyone was positive. We gave each of our dogs one to play with whilst they were on our bed, within 1 hour, one of our dogs had seemed to remove the head of the green lion and was choking on the squeaker inside. We are now too scared to let our dogs have these toys without full supervision

Ordered 2 cat toys which both don't work. Won't take it back, I paid $50 cdn and feel I've been ripped off. Don't order from here, scam, scam, scam

Order was never received and correspondence was usually an automated response! Do not order for here it is a scam!!!

Total scammers. Spent 130 dollars three months ago. Haven’t received my order or gotten a refund. I’ve emailed many times about its whereabouts but haven’t heard anything back. Do not buy from here.

Reposaltrust is a company of scammers and incompetents. I strongly advise against it if you don't want to lose money!!! writing to support is impossible because they reply with pre-set messages and do not refund anything despite concrete evidence. Fraud!!! fraud!!! fraud!!!

I placed and order on 12/9/23 and I have asked for updates on my order in multiple emails and their response is it’s on its way. This was a Xmas gift maybe I’ll receive in time for summer or maybe this website is a scam either way they won’t get another purchase from me. Very dissatisfied

I ordered in November 2023 and was told it was the postage that was the delay in multiple emails , well my order finally arrived on the 22nd of January 2024 i was really disappointed as it was for xmas and my daughter wanted the tops for a festival for new years , well i believed them but once it arrived in Australia i could see all the tracking that stated picked up from supplier on the 28th of December 2023 ,so obviously they lied and took my money when they had no stock if they had been honest i just would of patiently waited , well anyway she loves the tops and was worth the nearly 2 1/2 month wait

Ordered 3 makeup brush cleaners on 12/2. Thru haven’t even shipped. This is a scam!!!

2nd order with them. Not happy. Not the product they displayed on their website, would not exchange or refund. Really disappointed.
1st order, as advertised. Happy. Reordered same item different colour & this happened.

I ordered two different Iphone cases which they over charged me for and the cases were not of good quality. I tried reaching out to them for refund and all I have been getting is the runaround. I will never order anything from them and will not recommend them to my friends and family.

Great quality fabric, I'm really impressed... especially considering the price-tag. The fit is slightly oversized (which was what I was aiming for), but they shrunk a bit after the first wash, and I liked the fit slightly better before washing. Still a great fit though, and I might try to go up a size for my next purchase... 'cause I will be buying more!!

Really nice shirt. The fabric seems to be a bit lighter than other shirts we've recently purchased.
