Horrible! Do not order from this company. It’s been a month and I have not received my order. Also, I’ve requested my money back and they lie snd say it’s in the way.
DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

They are absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money. If your shirts don’t fit they don’t refund or refund😤

I purchased 2 XL shirts from these scam artists. The shirts were too small, the quality was mediocre at best and requested a return label. Every shirt I own is an XL and fits just fine. Somehow, their shirts are too small. Their response was that the correct item was shipped and their product was of excellent quality. Both statements are bogus. I will never deals with these thieves again and would highly recommend you don't either. To put it simply, they're customer service is non-existent, they don't care period. The quality of their product is poor.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a navy long sleeve shirt. I received a M when I need an XL. They replied saying correct size and colour so no refund or send to China for refund. I would avoid this company in future. The shirt was advertised on Facebook but no way of reporting to facebook. I thought there was a factory in UK as had a British flag. No company is in US came via China. No label to say where made, brand or washing instructions.

Always saying the order is correct when it clearly is not up to standard. I ordered 3 so called CASHMERE tops and they arrived COTTON/POLYESTER, I now have nearly 100 emails and will carry on with this until something is done!!

Appalling customer service blatantly dishonouring their return policy and refusing to provide instructions on how to exchange or get a refund. They literally sent type of response 3 or 4 times: “sorry you’re disappointed, we suggest gifting the product to a friend.”
I’m considering reporting to authorities just out of principal.

Terrible customer service. The jumpers were really poor quality. ORDER #12500S112641. Declined me the opportunity to return the items, instead offering me a 3 dollar refund on my 100 dollar order! Would avoid.

Would give them no stars if I could. Ordered clothes from them (order number 12500S108646) and they sent the wrong colours. I ordered a green dress and received a purple one. The denied they had made a mistake and then ignored all my emails despite me sending a copy of the original order and a photograph of the items received. I really horrid experience. AVOID
