Good bit of kit n delivered promptly

First time I've gone down the refurbished route and wasn't disappointed. The item I bought looked new, came in original box and with instruction leaflet, and worked perfectly. Just like buying new but at a decent price. Repowered were quick to send and the item was well packaged. First class experience all round.

I had never heard of Repowered before an advert popped up when I was looking for a particular speaker. My experience was very positive. I ordered a speaker at 6pm on a Thursday and it was delivered to my home on the Saturday - far exceeding my expectation. The speaker is essentially new with a slightly damaged box - which goes to recycling anyway - and I saved £50 against buying a brand new one. I also have the same 12-month warranty. I would say this is a company that can be trusted and I would have no hesitation buying from them again.

Ordered after 6pm and the speaker was delivered at 10am the next day. Surprisingly quick when I was expecting 4 days.

Absolutely great experience!
I was sceptical to be honest as the price was so good (basically 1/2 price on a Bluray player I'd been looking at for a while) and it's a new(ish) company. I shouldn't have worried as the item came quickly and was in absolutley mint condition, I couldn't tell that it wasn't brand new.

I could not recommend more highly.

No complaints over the transaction. The nearly new item was playing CD's in my living room within a couple of days of me purchasing it online. It also has a guarantee with it should anything go wrong. I do have one minor quibble however - the company that delivered my item (DPD). Their driver had said i wasnt home when he tried to deliver this item and so it would be left at a collection point (a shop a couple of miles away). This wasnt true as i was home all day and no attempt at delivery was made. No real harm done as i was easily able to collect my radio/cd player the next day. But if i buy from the company again i'll have my purchase sent to a collection point as i was disappointed with the dpd driver not being truthful about me not being at home (apparently this is not a unusual experience with that delivery company). And for that i do have to take a star off im afraid.

Great service from start to finish great product and price

I ordered a boom box which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it had slight damage but a replacement was sent immediately on receipt of my notification. Top class service and customer care so five stars. A free return label was provided to send back the faulty item in the original packing. I'll definitely deal with them again.

Communication from the seller was impeccable. As it turned out the model I ordered was out of stock but I was contacted within minutes and a different model was ordered at no extra charge. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Everything was as promised on their website. Thank you Repowered.
