Stop sending so many messages to do with the purchase as you can end up in a tizz with the supplier who's responding by saying they are saying they don't know what you're on about! Delivery precise, but no handbook with tv. Price was fantastic, and instalment plan payment available.

I ordered the 32 inch tv and received it a few days later. Great quality product. Highly recommend using this company.

Five star service from start to finish. I paid a great price for my tv. The delivery time was perfect and the setup to make sure everything was running smoothly was second to none. I would 100% recomend smart clear vision.

I bought a 55 inch TV from them. It stopped working after 5 months. They refused to do anything as they said the warranty was 3 months. The Consumer rights act 2015 says a product should last at least 6 months. By law they should repair or replace the item. I reported them to trading standards.

The delivery driver was excellent, but unfortunately the TV started lagging and freezing constantly to the point where it became impossible to watch anything on Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+. There’s clearly some kind of hardware or RAM issue.

I contacted support, but because I was just over the warranty period, they refused to give any solution — which feels very typical. It’s a real waste of money because the TV itself looks very nice.

I would strongly recommend buying a new TV instead of a used TCL model, as the hardware quality seems quite cheap and unreliable.

I was skeptical at first but now I am convinced, one of the best purchases I have ever made for a tv. The price was ridiculously low and i felt been rated a grade B it was going to be in a bad condition, oh was I wrong. It was almost mint, I peeled of the new nylon wrapper myself at the buttom of the tv. Very minor not noticeable scuffs. Couldn't be happier. Came with two remotes and the feets. Best buy ever . And delivery was in two days which is great. Also the delivery driver was helpful in setting it up. Thumbs up ash.

I placed an order for a TV by error. Realised I didn't actually need a TV. As I had a previous one on order through Amazon. No more than 60 minuets after placing this order. I requested the order be cancelled. This happened very late at night. Only 60 minuets elapsed, and I got an email from smartclearvision. Informing me the order couldn't be cancelled. This can not be legal. It certainly isn't ethical. Beware.

Easy to deal with, and good service. The originally ordered monitor was found to be faulty on inspection (by them prior to shipping) and they arranged a switch to a similar one with no fuss.

I am honestly blown away by the service and the product received. A refurbished TV but operates brand new, looks brand new. And the service! Wow really happy. Thank you so much!
