Regenerative Farming Yes! Portion Sizes No!
We like your regenerative farming practices and ground beef choices but I am disappointed by the steak portion sizes. My fault for not checking first. I would have been much happier with 12oz. Likely won’t be buying again due to portion size.

Hi Jeff! Thank you for the feedback and for giving us a try. We’re truly sorry the steaks didn’t meet your expectations. Each beef we deliver is grass fed and finished from the day it’s born to when it is harvested and this sometimes creates inconsistent sizes in the primal cuts amongst animals and may occasionally affect appearance, weight and thickness of individual steak cuts. Although there will be some inconsistencies from time to time, what we can offer consistently is quality and the health benefits of our grass fed and finished beef. The product is great. The regenerative farming appears to be genuine. The way I set up my recurring shipment (subscription) is somewhat opaque to me. I am not sure it is me or whether it could be improved. I am ok with that because I love the product and the farm. Thanks

Hi Mary, I see you’ve only placed one order with us. I’m so sorry you did not have a good first experience. Typically we have great feedback so I’m really sorry this didn’t happen for you. Grass fed, grass finished beef does have its own challenges when cooking as it is very different from a grass fed, grain finished. We try to help people understand that since we don’t feed any grain, consistency is difficult. It’s extremely difficult to make every beef finish exactly the same each time and it will vary from beef to beef due to genetic differences or seasonal differences in grass species they are grazing at the time. So although it’s the healthiest way to eat beef, and even though you may have had grass finished beef before, one grass finished beef may not always be as tender as the next and one may have more fat than another. We have some great prep and cooking tips we like to share with our customers if you have any left. Please let us know! We are truly grateful that you decided to give us a try. We love your products
We love your products! We were with another meat delivery service and because we live in sunny Arizona our temperatures are quite hot in the summer months. Our shipments from the previous company kept coming thawed! Our shipment from you was packed in lots of dry ice and was frozen solid! THANK YOU! And we love the Cluck and Moo box! Amazing taste!
