I purchased face cream from Reputation K in June. They took my money instantly and issued an order number. Over a month later, with nothing delivered, I contacted them in July. Their response? There was a “problem” with my delivery and I should go to the post office to sort it out myself.

Since then, I’ve been to the post office four times. We are now in mid-August — still no package. Customer support then started implying the problem was somehow my fault. They kept sending the same copy-paste emails, instructing me to check my order number with a “delivery company” that doesn’t even recognise the number (ERROR: number does not exist).

When I asked for my money back, they said they’d only refund me less shipping and handling. This is outrageous, as no shipping ever happened — neither the post office nor the so-called delivery company have any record of the package. The final insult? They told me that if I pay them more money, they would “resend” the order.

This is not just incompetence — it feels like a deliberate scam. Zero accountability, zero customer care, and zero product delivered. My advice: keep your money far, far away from Reputation K.

this company is very dangerous! is a well organised faked company , be very careful , Never pay them. they take your money and all your information will be at risk.
I purchased a Welder Laser machine from this company back in March 2025, I never received it , After few weeks I contacted their " Customer Support ", They said : due to President Trump's introducing new tax Tarif there would be some delays , I exchanged over 20 emails with them , but just today I realised that the emails are disappeared and one last email says :" sorry we tried our best to resolve this matter ".
REPUTATIONK is a very dangerous company .

Greetings to all. I am sharing this report for everyone's awareness, so that they do not get fooled by these fraudulent companies.
I saw an advertisement for an anti-freckle and brown spot oil called 577 from this company, which showed that after applying this oil, spots and freckles would disappear immediately. I ordered it. But after I used it, not only did the freckles not disappear, but after a week the spots did not even become lighter. I wrote an email to this company to send it back to them and get my money back. But they wrote that they could only compensate me for a very small amount of the money I paid.
I paid $34.13 for this oil, including shipping. They offered me a refund of just $3. I objected, and then they increased the offer to $5, and after another objection email, to $7, and finally to $9.
While they have written this headline at the top of their website;

They don't even want me to send this fake oil back to them, saying the postage is too expensive.

Hello everybody,

I had a bad experience from this site.
I order a product that suppose that reducies the face wrinkles to find out that nothing of that has happen in other words is a scam. When I contact the support reputationk.com they answer after some explanation emails that they addressed the problem and they suggested me to give me 5USD and after my denial they raised the amount to 7USD 😂 and to keep the products.
So return policy just doesn't exist. They also told me not to rerurn the products because the shipping costs are too high..
I spent be the way around 70€.
Be careful.
