Betreft: Waarschuwing betreffende online bestellingen bij marmerge.de
Geachte lezer,
Graag breng ik u op de hoogte van mijn ervaring met de webshop marmerge.de. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling ontving ik geen duidelijke informatie over de levering. Pogingen om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice bleven zonder resultaat.
Daarnaast blijkt het retourbeleid voor consumenten zeer ongunstig. Retourneren is volledig op eigen kosten en dient te gebeuren naar Hongkong, wat leidt tot uitzonderlijk hoge verzendkosten. Deze informatie wordt vaak pas zichtbaar nadat de bestelling is geplaatst.
Online zijn meerdere klachten te vinden over niet geleverde producten, slechte bereikbaarheid en onduidelijke bedrijfsinformatie. Ik acht het daarom van belang anderen te waarschuwen voor mogelijke risico’s bij het plaatsen van bestellingen via deze webshop.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please be aware of this company — they are scammers and liars. The product shown in their pictures does not match the reality at all.

I ordered a jacket for my husband, and when I received it, I was shocked. I was in tears because I couldn’t believe how different and poor the product was compared to what was advertised. What I received was absolutely unacceptable.

I have been trying to contact the company, but they do not seem bothered to deal with complaints and are actively avoiding giving a refund. They are completely disrespectful and refuse to admit that the product they sent is wrong.

I will not let this situation go. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action. Please be careful and warn as many people as possible so others don’t go through the same experience.

I placed an order on Smarmerge.de, but I never received the products, even though their website marked them as delivered. After several emails with their customer service, they told me to check my surveillance cameras and go to the post office – I did both, and no package was ever delivered to my address.

After insisting, I received a refund that was much lower than the amount I originally paid, with no clear explanation. When I asked for the remaining amount, they told me I had to deal with the shipping company myself, even though they are the sellers and responsible for delivery.

Unprofessional service, inefficient support, and a complete lack of responsibility. NOT RECOMMENDED! If you had a similar experience, leave a review and report this store!
