You were good at keeping me updated about the delivery. I haven’t been able to use it yet because I don’t have a battery yet. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of instructions. Zip. Zero. None. I have no idea how to use it even when I have a battery.

We inherited a house from my in-laws and they were not able to do a lot of updates so we are now in the process of fixing it up. We started with the kitchen so have not been able to do the bathroom yet and the bathtub is pretty nasty, rust colored stains really bad. I sprayed the foam on, waiting about 15 seconds and when I wiped it all the rust stains, that I have not been able to get off with anything else, just wiped right off, it was amazing! While we are still going to gut the bathroom and replace everything once the kitchen is completed, it doesn't make my skin crawl to take a shower anymore. Thank you so much!!!!

Not what I expected. It's so small and quality seems sub-par. Can be used for smaller weeds.

I also purchased a Garland on Nov 19 and it’s Jan 2nd and still have not received it. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from this site again!

I bought the so called garland since November 18th and still haven’t received it. Very poor customer service!!! Don’t count on your items getting to you in time!! ☹️

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! One star is too high. I usually check reviews before I order something sponsored on Instagram or Facebook, but I was in a hurry that day. They not only charged me double for shipping, but I never received my order! I emailed them after a month of no receipt, and got a "Please be patient. We will contact the shipper..."blah blah blah. Another month later, nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 3 stand mixer baffles. Never came. Tracking says they were delivered to the wrong city. Emails with company are autogenerated and expect me to go to this city and basically find the order myself even though I have offered all the proof they have asked for. Do not trust anything from this company!

I purchased climbing vine rose seeds from researcheri on April 6th 2025. I was charged $25. It showed as shipped on the 7th and there were shipping updates since end of april. Showed it was coming from spain. Then the entire month of May there were no updates in tracking. The final update i had was that it left spain. When i contacted them, they wrote back that my tracking is wrong and sent a different tracking number. That suggested my package was coming from china! Then they said sorry your package is delayed because of tariffs. Finally on june 4th my original tracking updated that the item was delivered on May 5th to a parcel locker!! I do get mail to a locker but i never received anything. Ive been checking and was alert about this since late april. I think it’s a scam. They have bogus tracking information and can get away with this because tracking shows delivery. I lost $25.

Said the shipped my item and showed me proof of delivery but I never got the item.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I placed 2 separate orders paid for them and did not receive either order. There is no phone or email to contact them. Money is as good as gone! The orders were both for plants or seeds for colored hosta. Never received. There's also the website "Reismeyuier" this is on the invoice with the first name given
It came through while on Facebook and they don't monitor a thing so be diligent and hope this helps.
