Waste of money!
I purchased the 2 part epoxy workshop floor paint and was very happy with how efficient the website was and that my order arrive very promptly. Only 2 days to get to me, which was great. I mixed the hardener with the paint using a proper drill attachment and pored the first lot into a tray and started rollering it on. I was really happy again at how well it went down but no more than 10 minutes into applying the paint I went to pore some more paint into my tray and all of the paint had set in the tin already!!! Very VERY angry as a massive waste of money if the paint goes off after 10 minutes so you haven’t even got time to apply it!!! I specifically made sure I did not order the rapid set but still I wasted over £150 on this useless product! Such a shame and will not be ordering any more paint from this place ever again!

I can see that you have placed a couple of orders - The 1st was on the 25th July 2020 you ordered the our High Build Garage Floor Paint - Fast Set which is the rapid setting version and then on the 3rd August 2020 you ordered the standard setting product. Please can you let me know which product you had the issue with? Feel free to respond directly to info@resins.direct or sales@resins.direct.
The other point i would like to mention is the temperature over the last couple of weeks. As much as it is nice to have some warm weather this does speed up the cure of the product and this of course reduces the working time of the product. Our products are all tested at 20 degreesC. the hotter the weather the faster it will cure.

Great company
Ordering experience was easy. We had a delivery problem as, the package was delivered damaged. Spoke to customer services who were absolutely marvellous. The young lady on the phone was so polite and professional, but more importantly, very efficient. A substitute delivery was received the next day. Well done to this company, your staff are amazing. Will definitely use again should it be necessary.

Superb company and product
Superb company - great advice up front (I should have trusted them more!🤦🏼♂️😉). Excellent product with simple instructions and great service when I required a second tin quickly! Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use them again!

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. Never buy from them again. Big garage floor over 500 sqm, Concrete Primer, Epoxy Floor Paint over £2K worth of paint. Rubbish product. Applied as per instruction. Left it for a very long time to dry yet it started peeling as soon as we had cars in. Customer service will say anything to catch you on a non existing lie to take the blame off themselves. Sent them samples of peeled paint from resin paint as they've requested and they never bothered to call me back. Had to fork out more money to buy a proper product as the client wanted to finish the job asap. Not refunded a penny back.
Absolute RUBBISH!! AVOID AVOID

Appalling service and substandard product
Appalling service. I ordered the concrete primer, high build paint and clear top coat as well as the roller kit. After installing the primer we then set out with two of us to put the paint down. there's only a 25 minute window at 20 degrees before the pot goes off. After we got 3/4 of the way through the 50 square meter room the roller frame snapped. This is a small install and this must not of been fit for purpose. As such we couldn't finish the install as the paint become too tacky. This completely messed up our timings to be able to get the paint and top coat down and then allow 24 hours before allowing traffic on. I contacted the company expecting some assistance as the pot only went off due to there poor product they provided me with. They didn't really want to give me anything but relucantly provided a free replacement frame for the broken roller. I received my second order but there was a couple of areas near there nd where Im worried that the resin may have been going off too much as its dried a little strange. A friend advised that if it was going tacky it may lift. add to this the fact that we was really going to struggle to get another window to do the job in one I decided we would return this unopened. They then wanted 35% restocking fee. Basically told me tough luck with the roller breaking - not there fault at all and not there fault that Im hundreds of pounds down from this but now they want to charge me even more to return the goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hello Paul, We have tried to offered help and support the whole way through your interaction with us so its a great shame that you feel this way. The roller kits that we supply are very heavy duty and nearly all the components are metal and we supply these same kits to large contractors applying 100's of metres at a time and they have never reported this problem to us - Having said that we willingly offered a replacement anyway.
Yes your friend has advised you correctly that they may be a slightly weaker bond at the edge where you applied it when it was tacky but we say slightly because it is still likely to have secured a strong bond.
Lastly, regarding the restocking charge. In case of any mis-understanding, this is not an additional charge, it is taken from the amount refunded and is due to the nature of the product. It is also there because, as i am sure you will understand, we do not want to send out returned product to new clients when we have no control over how it is been previously stored.
We are honestly sorry that you are not happy but we have always been there for you at every call and given advice and as much support as we can through this transaction.
