Did the Job
Delivered on time. An interesting combination but when well mixed perfectly fixed a broken Victorian concrete window sill. Came in a useful small quantity for a small job.

Sealer is quite good going over…sealer
Sealer is quite good going over concrete but would not recommend over resin as it is quite thin and doesn’t have a great gloss there is reasonably priced

Thank you Chris for your review, I'm glad you liked our products!
We do try to keep the delivery charge as small and fair as possible, as we do understand it can be quite pricey to ship resin based products due to their chemical nature.
If you have any pictures of your project, and would like to send them through to us we would love to see them!

read all the review please
Resins direct were very helpful during the purchase of the product, in all I spent £2,500 with them, I believe that I had a faulty product towards the end of my project which caused more expense and delayed the overall job, resins direct sent out a representative from the resin
company, I thought to help me but it seemed all he wanted to do was prove that I had been at fault.
Since then they haven’t bothered contacting me and offered no compensation, they did however give good advice on removing the faulty product so I’m sure this happens regularly, my advice would be buy from someone else.

Good Afternoon Vernon,
I'm sorry you felt the need to post this review, especially since we went above and beyond to try and help you with your situation. Its especially sad that since you experienced the problem, you have been reluctant to accept any help I have tried to give.
As per our discussion on the phone, you advised me you really liked the 24 units of that you ordered for the warehouse floor and you said it was amazing. Therefore you wanted to order another 4 units for your garage at home. So, out of the 28 units you received, you only had an issue with 1 of them that you used at home, and in fact it was the last unit you used. Due to the nature of this product, if there had been a product fault this would effected the entire batch and as you mentioned in our various phone calls there was no issue with any other of the 27 units.
As an online business we even sent one of our manufacturing technical staff, Adrian, to your site to run the tests on the products you had installed. We would normally have carried out tests on retained samples but to avoid any area of doubt we came to site and actually tested the product on your floor. Once again, you very reluctantly allowed us to scrape some of the resin up.
As this was only 1 unit out of the 28 ordered, the only explanation for the uncured resin is either poor mixing of the hardener - or no hardener at all.
I understand and respect that you do not believe you made a mistake, and that is way for the first time ever, I sent one of my manufacturing team to see you at our expense. This is not something that we would normally offer, as we do not do site visits. All evidence, information and tests point toward the fact there was no hardener mixed into the uncured resin. As you will also have seen, because the sample Adrian left with you which he mixed with hardener in front of you will have also cured solid.
I'm glad you found the advise I gave you for cleaning up the uncured resin helpful, I wouldn't say this happens very often however when you're manufacturing resin based products sometimes this can be messy.
Thank you for your review Vernon, as always, If you would like to discuss this further please do get in touch with us and we will always help out as best we can.
Kind Regards,
Niki - Resins Direct
What a great company
What a great company. Did my garage with epoxy. Product purchased..self leveling compound, epoxy primer and epoxy, all well priced. However, the advice and customer service was above and beyond. Easy to follow instructions also provided with the purchase. Great company would recommend and will use again.

Good Morning John, I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your order.
After checking your details I can see that you ordered a unit of our Kennel & Cattery Epoxy Floor Paint, I've checked what we sent out to you and the weights of each part would also have been on the labels. Although you feel you may have received only half the purchased unit, both parts combined make up the 5kg.
Part A is 4.17kg and Part B is 0.83kg, Part A which is the larger part comes in a bigger can to enable mixing. Coverage for this product is as stated, it will cover up to 20sq. m following the recommended application method.
Regarding your comments about the cover you achieved, I can see from our records you didn't have a primer. When using this product, a primer is always advised, as this helps to seal the surface and enables the topcoat to achieve its full thickness therefore leaving better opacity.
I'm sorry you didn't feel you could contact our team regarding any issues you had, especially as we aim to help and advise our customers through the purchasing and application journeys to ensure the best results when using our resin based products.
We are always here to help, so if you do fell you would like to speak with us please do get in touch.
Kind Regards,
Resins Direct

The resin cement is very good
The resin cement is very good. In fine weather you need to work quickly and I’d recommend 4.5 L not 4L of water mix, also make sure you evenly distribute the mix over the site and use a roller brush to level, then leave it alone! Don’t overwork the ‘bed’.

Thank you for the review Chris, with this cement based product you can use up to 10% more or 10% less of the recommended water quantity to suit your circumstances. No more than this is recommended though, as the product may not work as described. Great advice for our customers looking at this product, thanks again and I'm glad you liked the product! :)
