Courier left furniture outside in the rain for myself and my husband to get into our house. Complained to Restored Furniture, Jacob very apologetic, accepted our furniture back as not suitable, no charge made for return. Speedy refund. Excellent customer service! Thank you

Beautiful furniture, excellent customer service and amazing prices. And buying restored furniture is truely sustainable - it’s great to support a charity that helps people have the opportunity to learn skills and help the environment through less wastage. A real hidden gem and will now be my go to when I need any furniture.

Great customer service

I very rarely write reviews unless a company is remarkable. I’m delighted with my restored wardrobe and the service I received from the moment I contacted them to ask about delivery options through to the delivery today. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communications. Now I have a gorgeous solid mahogany wardrobe for less than the price of a ghastly chipboard self-assembled one. Amazing.

I came across Restored Furniture when looking for some bedroom furniture. It looked like a perfect marriage; beautifully restored furniture by people being taught useful skills whilst restoring their own self-esteem.

The order went well as did sorting out the delivery. Until the delivery day itself when the incredibly rude delivery driver tried to extract additional money to fulfil a pre-paid for job. The restoration of the set of drawers was inconsistent; decorative lips had been left in a rough and unfinished state.

I raised both issues with Restored Furniture; they were promptly and extremely apologetic about both matter. However, a promised partial refund for the delivery charge never materialised. As regards the drawers, I did say that I knew enough to be able to deal with the poor finish myself, and didn't expect perfection from restored furniture, nevertheless having spent the better part of £400, I wasn't expecting to do some of the work myself.

I would think long and hard before using them again, which is a real shame.

Good customer service and a worthwhile cause. The chest was wrapped very carefully and delivery excellent. The workmanship is good. The ONE downside is the materials used are very powerful and the fumes are not going quickly so I’m unable to use it yet. As it’s a good cause I do not want to complain but the use of non toxic paint or products would have easily earned them 5 stars.

Gorgeous desk delivered well if very late. Quite hard to unpack with all the layers of plastic, tape, cardboard etc.....tried to separate it all for recycling, so could maybe think about that as you are a charity? Absolutely would shop here again. Very pleased.

Spoke clearly & with respect. Everything was explained regarding delivery.

Product was in perfect condition, they even moved excess furniture into garage.
