He delivered too and kept us up to date on when he'd be with us to drop off. Altogether great if you want to have a change from IKEA.

We've bought from Betel before as we feel it is more ethical and environmentally friendly than buying new. You get well made furniture, at a good price whilst supporting a charity. There is always a good selection to choose from, well made, beautifully restored and prices are far cheaper than most stores.

The bureau I ordered had some issues but these were immediately resolved and a collection and full refund was offered. These things happen, but it's how the company reacts that is a true measure of their quality.
