This was a very easy way to move old furniture out and donate to a good cause.

Great staff who were very polite, efficient and capable!

The two fellows that were contracted to come and get my piano were absolutely wonderful. They had a big job and didn't complain. They were friendly and professional at the same time. I had an issue with Resupply about the cost but they worked with me to resolve that. So I gave them all a five star rating.

Excellent service and the most friendly and courteous pickup staff. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks for a great experience.

The only problem I had was securing a certificate of insurance. With two week's notice, muliple emails and finally a call from the driver on the day of the move, we were able to secure a COI at the last minute. The women in charge of moves at the senior living facility where the move was taking place has said she has had this type of trouble with ReSupply in the past, and as a result will discourage future residents from using your service. Otherwise, everthing else was excellent. So, I think you need to solve this problem going forward to gain a five star review.

I appreciate the simplicity of the whole process and the ease of navigating the website. I was kept informed of the arrival time, and the workers were prompt, very professional and friendly. They were careful not to cause damage while removing items. Would definitely use again.

They communicated their timeline for arrival and called ahead. They removed a very large hutch slowly and carefully and didn’t scratch any walls or floors. They were very professional! We received a tax receipt. We would use them again!

The persons who serviced us were very professional. The called us when stuck in traffic. Thy also wrapped the merchandise to protect it.

Very easy pick up for a large dining room table and chairs. Crew was well equipped to handle the job. Very pleased with the service.

They found a niche in the unmet need market and are providing a tremendous service with little to no competition, therefore their price reflects their dominance.

Although my first appointment had to be rescheduled, I received a quick rescheduled appointment. My questions were answered promptly and the men who picked up my donation were friendly, polite and efficient. Glad my donation will go to good use and not a junkyard.
