The two gentlemen who picked up my things did an excellent job.

I really liked the 2 gentlemen who came and they did a great job working quickly and carefully to remove the furniture from my home. What caused the rating to be lower is that I was given a window of arrival time between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I did receive a call that at 9:48 saying that it would now be between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. They arrived at 4:00 and left my home at 4:30 pm. It was not what I had planned for my Saturday.

The employees are so friendly, on-time, and efficient, and the booking process was simple. Thank you for the great work you do for the community!

My donations were picked as previously scheduled and on time. The driver was fast loading and removing my donations/ items from my home.

I was very surprised to see a cost for pick up considering my donation. The amount of the cost for pick up was outrageous in my opinion. It took them a whole 3 minutes to load a couch and cabinet.

After original pick up date was missed a second date was set and fulfilled.

I got a text from the driver asking to come early. I said OK in 45 minutes, noon. He said OK. At Noon I was downstairs with my donations.

At 12:30 I asked where he was and he said arriving at 2:30 to 3.

At 1:30 I got a text from RESupply that he was on his way. I waited another hour and twenty minutes before he arrived.

This took a half day from me, and I had a building worker wait with me to help.

They were professional, courteous and fast. A great job!

The driver and delivery team was awesome!

Booking a pickup online is amazingly fast and easy. The haulers confirmed and showed up within the window as scheduled. The only issue is that the entertainment center was accepted as a donation item but then during pickup we were told that it was not. It makes for an awkward exchange to be told this at the last minute. Then we were told that this item could be recycled for a fee. This brought our bill from $245 to $436. The website should be clear about what is accepted and what is recycled.

Adil and Batyr were incredibly nice, efficient and thorough. They gave us good advice, helped us move furniture inside the house and asked if we needed more items moved. We were delighted with both of them.

The gentleman were very prompt, arrived on time and kept me posted every step of the way. They handled the furniture very carefully and were very professional and respectful. I will definitely recommend this establishment to all my friends and family

The team that came was on time, polite, quick, and so helpful. I also used the pickup where there is a charge. The cost was reasonable based on the items they picked up compared to other private companies.

I have already recommended they to others.

Process easy and hauler you matched us with was excellent.

It was easy to schedule. The movers were courteous and careful. They came on time and didn’t stop until they were finished.

Very nice driver, and kept in touch as delivery approached. Most importantly, when my building manager made them change to loading area for pickup--I'd let them come to front door--they were great with building manager and took it.all in stride.
