I had a great experience purchasing from Retechie. First of all, the seller is extremely humble, responsive, and cooperative. I explored multiple refurbished laptop websites, but what stood out here was the timely communication and willingness to accommodate the RAM and storage upgrades I requested. That level of support gave me enough confidence to proceed with the purchase by paying a small token amount online and the remaining amount in cash.

To my surprise, the laptop arrived with very secure packaging and even included a complimentary laptop bag, which was not part of the original purchase. That truly reflected their customer-first approach.

I thoroughly tested the laptop after delivery — including the hardware, ports, hinges, lid condition, battery health, BIOS, display quality, sound, SSD health, RAM health, and biometric features. Everything was in excellent condition and working perfectly.

Although MS Office was not pre-installed, the seller immediately shared the installation files through Google Drive without any delay.

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook from them it had scratches and battery health dropped from 100-90% in a month with 10 cycles

The pricing is high compared to the market,

I paid around ₹2000 more mainly because of the “2 year warranty” promise, but later found out the battery warranty only applies if backup becomes extremely poor (around less than 1 hour). I wish this was explained more clearly before purchase because the wording feels misleading.

Just be aware before paying and buying from them
