At GudFast India, we offer refurbished devices in clearly defined grades (Fair and Superb), with complete and transparent condition disclosures mentioned on the product page and invoice. You are absolutely right that policies differ by condition category. Currently, Fair condition devices do not include replacement or refund, whereas Superb condition devices come with a 5-day replacement window and a 6-month warranty. These terms are clearly shared before purchase to ensure transparency.

While we respect your opinion, we would also like to clarify that labeling our service as a scam or fraud would not be accurate, as all policies, conditions, and limitations are openly communicated in advance. We never intentionally ship faulty devices—every phone goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch.

That said, even in cases where a device does not fall under replacement or refund eligibility, we do not abandon our customers. If a genuine or serious technical issue is reported after delivery, our team still makes efforts to diagnose and resolve the issue wherever possible, rather than simply refusing support.

Refurbished device pricing depends on multiple factors such as condition grade, battery health, quality checks, warranty coverage, GST invoice, and post-sale support. Card discounts on marketplaces like Flipkart are bank-specific and time-limited offers, which may not be available to all customers.

Additionally, in the refurbished market, pricing also depends on our purchase cost. Many times, devices are procured at a higher price, and if that stock does not move immediately, the listed price can appear higher. At the same time, there are also instances where our purchase cost is very low, allowing us to offer much more competitive prices. This completely depends on when the stock was purchased and at what cost.

At Gudfast, we focus on transparent pricing and quality-checked devices so customers can buy with confidence. Prices may vary based on stock quality and availability.
