Thank you for your feedback and for providing your order details. We apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. After reviewing our records, it appears we did not receive any emails from you. Please double-check that your message was sent to the correct address, as we strive to respond to all customer inquiries promptly.
Regarding the game Fire Warrior for PS2, it was thoroughly tested before being shipped, and no issues were found. We would like to remind you that this game is in the PAL format, which requires a console capable of playing PAL region games. If you are using a console that only supports NTSC format, this could be the reason for the problem.
If you are certain your console supports PAL games and you are still experiencing issues, please feel free to contact us again. We are here to help resolve this matter.
Best regards,
Retrobroker
Retrobroker.
Pakket was goed verpakt. En de game en het hoesje zagen er netjes uit zoals op de foto's. Voordeel vind ik zelf dat je via Klarna kan betalen.
Ik ben tevreden over dit bedrijf. En zal er zeker nog wel eens bestellen.

I had a bad experience with these people not only the game I bought didn't work for my system and I paid for the entire shipping cost along with the game in returning it they won't refund the entire cost for the game and shipping cost back to me all they want to do is refund for the game only and nothing more that's illegal to do if you paid for the whole thing including the shipping cost you have to be paid back in full not partial credit so I'd advise don't do business with them ever.

Unfortunately, once in a while we have to deal with hurtful and untruthful reviews written by fraudulent customers. This customer in particular, decided that while the package was in transit, that he's not going to pick the package up, because he decided he doesn't want it anymore, which in turn incurs additional costs for us, as we have to pay for the return package - and in line with our ToC, we've informed the customer that once we receive the package the refund amount will be deducted by the return package costs. Unfortunately, the customer decided to threaten us and on multiple occassions tried to extort us for the funds, even though we haven't even received the package back. We don't wish this upon any other company!
"Special" order
It was great, and fast. And the fact that I was the 200 costumer makes it special for me. The Best is tehet I was able to by my sweetheart's favorite game for a not-to-mindless prize. So thank you.

Thank you for your message. I apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order.
Upon investigation, it appears the address provided at the time of purchase was incorrect, resulting in the package being returned to us. As per our policy, we are unable to assume the costs associated with shipments where incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
We understand your frustration and are committed to resolving this matter fairly. We are still awaiting the return of the package from USPS.
I understand your frustration, Jonathan, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, as per our refund policy, we're unable to process refunds for packages that are in transit or in the process of being returned for a bad address. In this case, it's crucial to follow up with USPS to address the issue with the shipping label. They should be able to assist you in rerouting the package or resolving any address-related issues.
We kindly ask for your patience during this process and request that any concerns be addressed directly with our customer service team to ensure a prompt resolution. We value your feedback and aim to provide the best service possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,
We're genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience with our retro games. Ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
Rest assured, all of our games undergo thorough testing across various consoles to guarantee optimal functionality. However, we understand that compatibility can sometimes be a concern, especially with the differing standards between regions.
To address this issue, we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding the standards of our games and consoles. You can find detailed descriptions on our product pages, including whether the game is PAL or NTSC, to help you make an informed decision.
Additionally, we've created a helpful blog post discussing the differences between PAL and NTSC standards, which we encourage our customers to explore:

We hope this resource proves beneficial in navigating the complexities of console compatibility. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're continuously working to enhance the customer experience.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
