The staff are really helpful, so so many games. It does get busy but great atmosphere and food is lovely

Everything was fine at first. Even when I ask them if I could return it, they wanted me to make a video on what was wrong with the device. The emulation quality was extremely poor and it was not 40,000 games it was more like 10 k with five or six versions of the same game. Everything was really janky and thin as far as build quality. Once I let them know this and ask them for my money back and where I could return it, they ghosted me. But jokes on me they got my $70. There's a special place in hell for "companies/scammers"that do and produce this kind of garbage.

Everything feels super cheap quality and the controllers are need some enormous pressure to work.
They doesn't say that it's shipped from china, so you need to wait sometime for the delivery.
Despite trying the different controllers and settings I was unable to make 'B' button to work.
I had a tech technical question but never got any response, so expect 0 customer feedback and nor money refund!
Needless to say the 'console' is twice that expensive as identical ones elsewhere.
The only reason it's not one star coz some simpler games actually work somehow.
But I would buy a cheaper version if it and expect nothing. Not recommended!

Do NOT buy this!
Go mine today and you can’t play the ZX spectrum or Commodore 64 games as they are not compatible with the controller. The PlayStation section has a limited number of games however when I saw Shadowman I got excited only to be disappointed that you can’t save any progress.

All this company does is take your money the number on the website is a made up number .i am very disappointed ,i just lost my money .

Nothing worked with system I purchased. Getting help took months. Got stuck with $225 game system that doesn’t work

Ordered Friday, received early Monday morning, top draw service, and the arcade pro wireless console is amazing, right back to my early teens in the 80’s, absolutely brilliant, couldn’t be happier.

Was told if I pay it’s will be dispatched that day. This was a week before Christmas and I’m still waiting. They told me it was lost in transport and another one sent but still no sign of a tracking number . Shambles of a company . Don’t give them your hard earned money!!!!!!!!

I've now been blocked from from their social media site for asking when they are going to complete my order...say no more

Avoid, no item delivered it appears they may have just taken money ! I just get fobbing off replies to emails

Scam, please do not order from this alleged company. Taken my money. No machine arrived. Never answered to loads of emails. Please don't get caught out like I did.

Do not even think about ordering anything from this company. I ordered 7 weeks ago and I am still waiting. There website says 5-7 days? They have ignored all of my emails asking for an update. They take your money and then ignore you, absolutely non existent customer service. They have wasted my time and energy chasing and follow up etc. I have reported them and made a charge back claim on my credit card. Avoid them like the plauge.

The workmanship is awful. I tried to return this terrible peice of kit and every 3 days I get a response but trying to get a refund...NO RESPONSE at all. So the company I used to return the item sent it back to me because there's no one at the address to take the parcel in.

I then had to put a chargeback against them and then it's upto if the bank they refund you or not.

Absolutely nightmare company to deal with PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from these. The sooner this company folds the better.

Terrible Customer Service
Where to start?
1. The website said next day delivery - I ordered on 25th May and the item didn't arrive.
2. I chased the item as it was required by a certain date. The company didn't reply.
3. After a week, I contacted the company to cancel the order as I'm out of the country for some time. Again, no response.
4. Almost a month later, the UPS emailed to advise that the item had been delivered. I contacted the company to advise them of all of the above. They still haven't replied.

I have attempted to contact them by email, Facebook and Facebook Messenger. It's extremely rude and unprofessional not to reply.

It's also worth noting that many of their social media posts on Facebook have been removed since my order.

I recently bought one of these arcade gaming machines. Since day 1, the left hand joystick is not functioning properly… Correspondence was average to say the least when I raised this issue. It’s still not resolved, and I have emailed about 3-4 times since 6th June and responses have gone radio silent. Utterly atrocious after sales customer service … think seriously about purchasing one of these, as you will NOT get any support whatsoever after you’ve received it, so they have your money, and you may receive faulty goods, but will not get a satisfactory response. They claim to have great customer service ! My a*se! I’m now outwith my 14 day return because of this .. was this the real reason?? I’ll let you decide !

Advertised as in stock and next day delivery. Item required for a birthday present. 18 days later it turns up despite repeated emails and comments on their facebook page asking them to cancel order. I reject delivery, and STILL no communication from these scammers! Also made the misfortune to pay via klarna, who are almost as unhelpful as these clungewaffles! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Saying 18th the label was printed for the item with FedEx but the item has not been shipped to them.
It’s now the 23rd. Absolutely shocking with replies… waiting and waiting and waiting. Was a birthday’s gift for my son and it didn’t come.

Reasons to avoid.
1. Item was not as described
2. Item had some minor surface damage
3. Slow communication for return of item
4. Unprofessional digital correspondence
5. Item ships from china which is not mentioned anywhere so expect slow delivery.
6. No telephone contact/communication possible
7. 14 working days since receipt of returned item and refund still has not been processed. We are now contacting our card supplier to recover costs via chargeback..

Update: my order was received just before Christmas and the machine is good quality and good fun. Its a shame that they can't just be honest with customers and tell them that it ships from China so delivery is a couple of weeks or so, rather than the 4 to 7 days advertised. Rating now changed to 2 as it was still a stressful time when I thought I had been scammed.

Original review: Agree with many of the comments on here. Still waiting on my order and every time I chase it I get fobbed off....it is out for delivery or they will chase FedEx. I have asked several times for a tracking number but they just won't provide it. If FedEx have the order then they should be able to provide a tracking number as reassurance. I suspect that I've been scammed out of £250. I, and others, have left negative comments on their Facebook page and guess what....they delete them!

First of all the item did eventually arrive around 2.5 weeks after it should have done.

However, it came direct from China NOT the UK as they tried to make out.

No tracking information was ever received leading to constant emails back and forth about whether the item was ever going to arrive. Their only answer was either next day, or this week, or it is in transit etc.

The item itself is great but the Retro Gaming Arcade are just a terrible company to deal with.

If they actually put some effort in they could do very well as the item itself is great. But selling items as if they are in the UK when they are not is not going to win them any repeat business or glowing reviews.

You might as well purchase from Aliexpress for less money and you'll get tracking data.
