I would give this Company No Stars and they should be SHUT DOWN.
You order an item, 2 - 3 days delivery and you don't get your order, they are appalling. DO NOT USE THEM.
I don't think they have any stock
I have constantly emailed asking for either my goods or my money back, NO RESPONCE.
I'm constantly contacting this Company to find out where is my 2 - 3 day delivery, which is now 2 - 3 weeks.
This Company should be forced to shut down as they are hopeless.

Place is an absolute con!!

Ordered something on the 24th July, and still not received the product. I sent 2 emails chasing up and received no replies from the company. The rest of my family have ordered from them in the past and the order has arrived with good quality, but i've yet to get any updates on my order almost a month later.
Be wary.

I ordered a pair of headphones.
Delivery advised it would be 2-3 working days. 11 working days later (16 days) and they have still not arrived.
I emailed the company on 2 separate occasions but I did not get a response.

Well firstly my order still hasn’t come yet and I ordered it on the 6 July and the Royal Mail still haven’t received it and scanned it in to their network I have had to write to your customer service team and complain they still haven’t got back to me to tell me what is going on with my order as I still don’t have my new console and it’s making me annoyed . The only correspondence I have had is to tell me they have received my email outlining what I have complained about and they thank me for my patience they said in my email which has annoyed me as my patience is running out very quickly I’m so upset as I was looking forward to this console and I still don’t have it. This situation needs to be resolved and sorted out on your part as I feel very let down by your company and I have paid for my console and I would like to receive it. I’m sorry to have to complain in this way but I’m not happy with how I have been treated by this experience

Brilliant product, let down by poor delivery. Was notified 2 to 3 working days, it took 8 days and a missed present for my wife

I paid for a product 18 days ago, was informed that the item had been dispatched and still haven’t received the product, but have been given the opportunity to give this review. It is a perfect example of how modern sales operate now. This company clearly isn’t real and I’ve asked for a refund but doubt I will get one easily. Save your time and money and don’t use this company.

Bought a smartwatch but when I got it didn't like the look or size of it so quickly followed the returns process, They got the item back on July 3rd and made no attempt to acknowledge the return of the item, I sent 2 polite emails asking them to arrange refund but only got an automated reply that someone would be in touch but didn't, then sent a 3rd email threatening to raise dispute with PayPal who I arranged payment through but that didn't seem to make any difference either I only got the same automated email and no follow up, reported the transaction to PayPal on 21st July who immediately arranged full refund something tells me PayPal are aware of this company and their practices. I have bought other items in the past and in all honesty had no issues but the moment you want to return something or by reading other reviews if something is not working as it should then they won't respond to you just automated emails promising that they will get back to you but clearly they have no intention of doing so, won't be using this company again and would urge anyone else to avoid at all costs. I am just lucky I used PayPal to pay for the item or could have lost just over £60.Not work the risk.

Great product. Good quality sound and reasonably priced.

Ordered item on 17th May 2026 and tracking showing it’s dispatched. After couples of email replied me with the reason “delay in manufacture site” and still today (4th June 2026) waiting for my stuff. First and last order for this company. Luckily paid via PayPal so will ask for refund.

Very bad!!!!!!! I ordered my staff a month ago till now I got nothing.

I received my item eventually after complaining, but it froze on the first game and wouldn't clear so I sent it back on the 13/4/2026,I'm still waiting for my REFUND ,I have emailed them several times and I am getting in touch with trading standards as thieving companies like this should not be allowed to trade in this COUNTRY.

I’ve bought loads of stuff over the years from different company’s , and it’s all been good
I ordered a smart watch from this company o er a month ago , I finally received it after a couple of weeks ,
The watch would not charge , so I payed £5; 70 to send it back
I’ve sent emails to ask where it is , not 1 reply I have had back , so looks like I’ve lost 50 quid
Hope this company gets closed down , cause they are rip of merchants
