Incredibly fast delivery. I bought a DivMMC card, it’s incredible. Several functionalities in one card and still cheaper than other similar single function (DivMMC) cards.
I love the ability to use usb keyboard and usb gamepads in all games while loading them from SD card!

Good range of Atari goods, quick turn round. Well packaged. Can be approached if you have a problem.

I ordered a copy of the Atari Legacy magazine, which was dispatched fast. Unfortunately for me as a Dutchman, Retrolemom works with RoyalMail that uses the Dutch postal service PostNL for deliveries to the Netherlands. After a couple of days, I got an email from PostNL that the package had been delivered. The problem was that it was not. The PostNL procedure requires the sender to contact their postal service (in this case RoyalMail) to start an investigation. The RoyalMail procedure dictates that an investigation can only be started after 20 working days. On my request, Retrolemon filed a complaint and miraculously the package was delivered within a few days. I could see that the packaging was ripped open. Probably, by the size and looks of it, someone thought it was an iPad and threw it away when it wasn't. I'm grateful Retrolemon took the adequate action.

I was buying a last-minute birthday present, expecting that shipping would bring the package well after the birthday (from UK to USA). Retro Lemon had the package shipped out the same day and I received it in 2 days! Incredible service and a happy birthday :)

I purchased the Atari Legacy magazine from Retro Lemon. The magazine itself is fantastic and of high production quality. It arrived relatively quickly, however their shipping provider charged additional brokerage fees on top of the import duty. The magazine was shipped in a bubble padded mailer and the magazine arrived with a bent/twisted spine. It should be in a stiff cardboard mailer or with cardboard backing. I know international shipping has gotten expensive due to increased costs and tariffs but I've purchased books and other items from UK retailers for overall lower cost and in better condition when arriving.

I've dealt with this company before, always great service and I can't recommend it enough. A 5-star company.

Ordered 3 mousters from there eBay and then seen the website which was cheaper, they cancelled my eBay purchase when I asked and ordered off the website. As for the mousters I now have six and they really are great for playing games on my Amiga's and STE. Y
