Having ordered a vitamin product in February and not received the item, I tried to contact them by email and phone. No response on line, no active phone line.
This makes me wonder whether the company is still trading?
Appalling way to treat loyal customers.

I placed an order at the start of March 2026 for 3 bottles of Electrolye Fix. There was a delay on the order as it was not in stock. I emailed the company and they said it was due in on March 22nd. It is now 8th April and not only have I not received my order, but I have had no update from Revital, they have not replied to my email asking for an update or a refund if the item is still not in stock, and when I go into the order, it says the link has expired so it does not show that my order has not been delivered.
I won't use this company again as they have taken my money and not delivered my items or returned my money. I will be seaking action to recover my money.

What happened to this company??? Before I ordered many times without problem, now you have to wait ages for the items and they send it however suits them. I placed an order in November and received it after 2 months in January!! I have complained about it and they offered just 5£ voucher for waiting 2 months. I have placed order 27 th January for the item in stock, NOT pre-order and no response. There is no update about the order. Maybe they are going bust and trying to do damage control or new terrible management took over???

Absolutely awful company!
Ordered a vitamin by a particular manufacturer I knew and liked, but it didn’t arrive. I received an email saying it was delayed then nothing for weeks. I emailed for an update and did not hear back. I then called them and there was no apology, just ‘it’s here now, we’ll send it soon’. It then arrived only to be the same vitamin but by a completely different manufacturer. The only reason I ordered from this comapny was because it was (supposed to be) a manufacturer I liked. Didn’t even tell me on the phone or via email it was a different brand!!

I ordered 9 days ago and you took my money 8 days ago. No reply to my email and not one of 5 available phone departments answer . This is the second online order I have made, which has been unacceptably slow. Not good enough and I shall not be using this service again. Shame, the shops are great.

The money back guarantee is a bunch of crap. I ordered this and found out I couldn’t take it. 685.00 and many text messages later I still have not received my refund. Plus they sent and charged me for bottles I did not order.

I got the Alpha Shred buy one get one free it now 3 months nothing was delivered up to now i write to the email which is on the website it doesn’t go through for .The phone doesn’t work at all.
So if don’t want to be scammed don’t buy it on line unless you are buy from a site like Amazon.

Very poor- sent a different item to that ordered and continued to argue the toss. Misleading pictures are n the website so be careful

'Processed' 25th of June and allegedly despatched
Said 4-7 business day's
4th of July, still not received
Even stated on tracking that at international airport!!
UK company to a UK customer. Airport??

Definitely a one off order

2 weeks on and no delivery, apologetic email a few days after I chased, but tbh in this day and age, I don't accept diabolical delivery times and weeks late apologies. Bye revital. First and last time ordering.

Until recently I have enjoyed Revital for the service and the products. Unfortunately recently this view has changed for me. The orders were missing and the revital team was not able to locate them. I called them today, I spoke with Amit he was very rude to me. Their shop at Wigmore Street has gone. Really, I don’t know how you will survive with John Bell & Croyden and other companies around.

Amazing staff, very informative and knowledgeable about there supplements. High quality supplements and advice. Highly recommend :)
