Charged me for service

Charged me for service, $39, even though I did not subscribe, can't log in, can't get any info on why, and it seems to be a scam to charge you for one photo then auto-subscribe you for a service you cannot use. Do not trust this site at all.

The website was taking too much money

The website was taking too much money, 4 times the order instead of one. I contacted the company and they looked into it and refunded me the 3 payments which shouldn't have been taken. It was sorted very quickly.March

Lovin' Revivememories !

I was quite amazed at how easy Revivememories was to use... It made my still pix into a really REALLY cute video literally in seconds!... AMAZING!! - best of all it's not expensive and you can make old images into moving short videos pretty much at any time...

I used this service for $1 and the result was amazing I didn't realise it was a trial only and was charged a subscription. I emailed the company and a lovely lady called Marry refunded my subscription without question. She was very polite and helpful and I will use this service again when I find any photos that I want brought to life.

Buyer beware...with update

Buyer beware, after 7 days they will charge you £ 39 per month, in my opinion not worth it and very sneaky. Picture was alright but not worth £40.
Update: after saying I would not get a refund, the money was refunded to me. I was also asked to review my review. To be honest I would say just be mindful and read the details carefully, but they did provide the service so three stars from me.

I scanned an old photo of my husband and his sister with their Dad swimming. a few moments later I had a perfect present for him of them all enjoying the water.. so lifelike! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. You can try it out like I did for a very small charge.

I am 81 years old and creating the memory was very easy but had troubles transfering it to my photo album got in touch with customer service and couldn’t be more pleased a lady called Mary was so understanding and helpful she was loverly sorter my problem out and said enything more just get in touch and she would sort it out nice to deal with a company like this and Mary is a treasure

Con artists. I paid the £1 through PayPal for a sample pic, which was awful, and they’ve just debited my account £39 for a years subscription that I did not ask for. AVOID.

He passed he passed away, three years ago. 😢

Stunning recreation of my horse

I used the $1 trial for 1 still picture of my horse who was called Summer Shades. The gentle and very natural animation was stunning and emotional in a good way. I will treasure the video clip for ever. Take care not to let a monthly subscription start unless you wish to have this access to the software. The company kindly and promptly refunded my subscription after I unknowingly agreed to this feature. I feel the communication with the customer services was really good and personal.

Don't go anywhere near them. They are scamers, they charged me $59 for something I didn't ask for and when I tried to email them their email address didn't exist anymore. Lucky I went through PayPal and they got my money back from.

I paid for the 15$ subscription...came back later and the 5 videos I paid for are no longer there...could not save them..just gone, so yeah your company got me once but never ever again..promise that!

Nice idea - impressive customer service!

So - just a word of warning. While the concept is good, the actual $1 trial produced a video with good movement, but the faces were altered to the point of uselessness.

I did email customer support, and I have to say the response was speedy and they tried really hard to help - so that is a bonus. They even re-rendered it to try and ensure I felt good - so that is a real bonus.

If you use PayPal check your automatic payments and look into your active payments before they do.
