I ordered some grips based on their size chart, and whilst using them at the gym realised they were too big. I emailed Reyllen & stated I had used them. They replied quickly, sent me a link for free exchanges & sent out the smaller pair the next day! Really impressed with them, will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Really decent long lasting products. Like that shipping is only like 99p compared to velites which is like £7.90 if below a certain threshold.
Really like their newer grips too. Skipping ropes are awesome. Very much recommended

Can’t recommend Reyllen highly enough! Customer service was second to none, I had questions about an item on the website and messaged directly - I had a response almost immediately, informative and helpful, not pushing for sales. I asked questions about the backpack knowing I needed a new one for my training but hesitant to because a good bag is quite expensive and I wanted to make sure I’d get one that was going to last. Reyllen gave me all the info I was after and more, the bag arrived super fast shipping and was absolutely top quality. I’m a little annoyed I ever bothered with the military bags from other providers because the x2 is the only bag I’ll use from now on! Have already sent a few friends in reyllen direction. Great service, great company, epic products!

Amazing customer service from this brand, had an issue with a pair of grips and a replacement pair was sent out and they’re perfect. Fast shipping, great product and amazing customer service - what more could you want?

I ordered a jump rope for CrossFit which arrived promptly and in good condition. My only complaint is that the PVC covering around the cable started to break within 20 mins of outdoor use, although I believe this is a problem with many cables when used on hard surfaces. Nevertheless, I wrote to Reyllen about it and their rappresentative, Maros, was very helpful and offered to send a replacement rope for free.
Overall very satisfied with the customer service!

Var selv skeptisk først da jeg prøvede at bestille da jeg ikke kunne finde review osv. på dem, men de leverer meget hurtigt fra england.
Jeg har købt grips, flare rope og en plate carrier og alt er rigtig god kvalitet og samtidigt ca. halv pris af tilsvarende varer jeg finder på danske/nordiske hjemmesider.
