Took 3 weeks to even start the shipping process
I ordered WEEKS in advance so that the items would be delivered before Christmas. Kept looking for an email saying it had been shipped and for weeks, I got nothing. Until December 21, when I finally did get an email saying it had JUST started the shipping process. It's not expected for another few weeks. Absolute garbage shipping and handling, I now have gifts for everyone, except for one person, because rgothic takes weeks just to finally ship your item. I won't be ordering from them again, and I will be telling everyone I know who also likes fun print or goth dresses that rgothic is not a good company to buy from.

Scam
I put in an order five days ago and it was not shipped. Then I looked at other reviews this is apparently how they operate, from China, where they most likely pay close to nothing for slave labor. Their phone has been under maintenance supposedly for months now, the chat is automated to say they are at break. I emailed them for a refund. I should have done my research before buying from this company. Don't buy from this company.

Worst Quality Dresses I've Ever Owned
I wanted to love these gorgeous dresses, but this was such a scam. They don't make it clear where they come from, and give you a tracking number that doesn't work for weeks. It turns out it's imported from...who knows where...and gets that number when it hits customs. The quality is atrocious, I have had cheap Halloween costumes with better fabric, pattern and sewing skill. It's mostly shapeless, flat tops and a-line skirts, the straps are just tacked on messily, the prints are poor quality and look awful when stretched. The fabric is like very thin spandex. Seams are messy and unprofessional. The return policy is so bad, it's not even worth trying to send them back--they require approval to send it back, you have to pay international shipping to return it, then they look at it to decide if it's eligible for a refund. and if it's not, then you're out the original price and return shipping! They also require all tags to be attached for returns, when none of my dresses even had tags when they arrived! I regret ever buying from them, huge waste of money. I rarely write reviews for anything, but if I can save somebody else from the disappointment, I guess it's worth it.

I ordered a dress on 7/25. I still don't have it. I received a tracking number in an email saying it shipped 2 weeks ago but the tracking number does not exist. I have tried contacting rgothic and no one responds. I don't think I'll ever get my order so I guess I'll be contacting my credit card company. I would not recommend ordering from them.

This material was thick and stiff, not flowing like the pics. It was downright uncomfortable. Also. I bit the $70 bullet on this because their return policy is strict and a nightmare of steps. I will never order from this place again, I also sent my teen a dress, she loves the print but the size is off and it's way too big. Blah.

Item Never Went Back in Stock
Ordered a few shirts because I liked the designs. Checkout process was fine. The confirmation email indicated items would ship in 3-5 days. I spent almost a month waiting for the items to ship. During this time I was told the items were not in stock and it would be a few additional days before they would be available. As mentioned previously, nearly a month went by with the items never being back in stock. While the designs are very nice, the fact that items can be out of stock and you won't know until after you ordered them is very frustrating. Until this practice stops I can't recommend them.

Another Scam Company
I just learned RGothic is part of RoseGal, if I had know earlier I would have NEVER placed an order.
The order was placed fine, my debit card charged immediately, and a confirmation sent. Then crickets! Five days later I emailed for an update on shipping. About 1-1/2 days later I get a reply that the item is NOW in stock and ready to ship.
Then crickets again! No shipping notice or update. I email again; still waiting on a reply. Go to the website to find a way to cancel the order, but the only option I locate is “chat”.
Fill out my info, provide the order number, hit send, and get a “we’re at lunch” message! This is a Chinese company, the time difference means they are not at lunch.
As of right now no communication, no product, no way to cancel! DO NOT ORDER - complete waste of time and money.
UPDATE: when I demanded a refund, the order was suddenly shipped so they couldn’t refund my money. The order was placed on June 25. It is now July 15 and I still do not have my order.
I’ll say it again do not order from this company!

It takes almost a month to receive your items in the USA. Which would have been fine. Except your shipping does not describe that.
I finally got my package. I tried on the swimsuit. The top is made for someone much much smaller and looks nothing like the photo. I am unable to return the swimsuit. The pattern is like the picture.

The quality of the clothing/swim suit…
The quality of the clothing/swim suit was poor and shapeless. Very disappointed & Returns policy equally disappointing. Won’t be recommending or shopping with R Gothic again.
The email I received from RGothic was : “If you just mean you don't like the quality,we are very sorry to tell you that we do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.”
They said to send a photo of their item showing the poor quality. As they know the quality of their product I felt there was little point.

Sizing is terrible
Waste of money. I ordered swimwear and I checked the size guide on their website but when it arrived it was far too small and would barely fit a child. They don't accept returns on swimwear so I can't return it, I'm stuck with it, also the fabric is horrible and cheap looking. Avoid like the plague.
