The clothes are unusual, I love flare pants, they are made in such a way that size S is loose on me (I wear European size S) but they look good, even if I gain weight in the future they should be perfect, also for someone who wears size M
The trouser legs are long, which is a big plus.
The dress in size S fits perfectly, the material is easy to iron and does not wrinkle.

I work with Rgothic for some time already, delivery is always on time and clothes are gorgeous. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I have ordered a Tankini swimsuit on 30th May and I have paid for express delivery, suppposing to get in 3 days the most. But it didn't come. The order is : #RG012621. The tracking number is 4PX3001137334928CN.
I need it as I am going abroad in couple of days. If I don't get it I want a refund. My name is Adriana Waddington

The patterns are cute, but the sizing is a little off. I’m going to have to sew the straps and make them adjustable, the hardware is on Amazon, and you can find a YouTube video on how to do it. I read another review saying that some of the patterns are blurry, only one of the dresses in my order appeared so. The fabric is like the kind used in Temu clothing. Unsure if I would ever order again.

The quality of the clothing is so incredibly horrible. The printed material has low resolution so everything is blurry. The material is thin and cheap and the stitching looks like it would come apart in seconds.

I waited almost a month for one item. I never got a tracking number or date of arrival. They make you download a third party app to track your product but it doesn't actually tell you any information other then "it's on it's way".

Returns are a pain IF they even accept it. On their website it says I have to front the cost for shipping (Which is in China, so good luck).

So basically they can scam people with their poor products, then make it not worth the money to return.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered something 20 days ago, got an email with a tracking number (AT373527326CN) but the link does not work so I have no way to track my order (ORDER #RGO11646).
I have written to them twice and still no response. The dress was for an event this weekend so I guess even if it eventually arrives I wasted my money.
I will never order from them again. All this could have been avoided if they had a valid tracking link or felt I was important enough to respond to.

The customer service is terrible. I have sent 5 emails to discuss a return for a product that doesn't fit. Do not buy from them - not an American company.

How do you some of the emails get through, same address on both sides?! There are no emails in spam,

Still holding out hope but I placed my order on April 30th and have had no communications about the product being shipped yet. I sent an email yesterday but have not received a reply. Hoping Rgothic sees this here maybe and can give me some info as to if my product has been shipped yet.

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered.Stuck in the slow boat from China blues.Sent an email,no response of course.Didn't realize it was a Chinese company or I would not have ordered at all...I will update when something shakes loose...after emailing back and forth,the company was eager to comply with a full refund.I found them to be helpful and exceedingly courteous.

Hi I placed an order online got an email saying they have received my order but didn't get given a tracking number and been 4 days and no changes to the order progress

This dress made such a good costume! It was comfy to dance in all night and so cute! I got a ton of compliments. The material is stretchy and soft-ish. The sleeves held up super well even after I got it caught on things. The back is longer than the front so I wish it had been a tad bit shorter. I added a silver chain belt around my waist to add a little sparkle bc the font of the dress is a little plain. The shoulder straps do tend to fall down a bit but it made the look super cute whether they were fully up or around the shoulder. Highly suggest buying this dress!

I absolutely love this dress! It fits as expected and is so incredibly comfortable. The fabric was sheer but not too sheer. It was flowy and soft. This dress made me feel magical and was the perfect costume for the party.

I needed a quick elf costume for a renn faire, and this fit the bill. It fits great, came quickly, and looked great! The fabric and design allows for multiple purposes too.

I ordered from this company expecting to get a confirmation email never got one never gotten a tracking number and also I've never received my package. They say that it was shipped on May 14th of 2023 but I have never gotten it. When I asked about it they asked me to confirm my address found out that they did not have my apartment number and my apartment complex returns mail when it has no apartment number. When I contact the company all they told me is that I would not be getting a refund and they will not be reshipping my order. I want to know why they can't just be and honest company and just refund me the money if they don't want to send me the product. I'm out of $38

Goods ordered yet never received & tracking not updated says arrived at airport 8 days ago. Better not be a scam or I will be taking further action to reclaim the costs that they were quick to take out of my account then asked me to leave feedback!

I ordered in November and still have not received my products. I have left several messages. Why is there NO phone for customer service? Looks real shady. Almost 2 months and it says on shop it is still in china.

I've been waiting almost two months for my order company refuses to refund it because it's already shipped however it hasn't moved from its shipping in almost a month.
I get that it's coming from overseas however I order a lot of things from overseas and never have had this issue or this bad of customer service help.

Update - after two months they claim I am being refunded......
