Well, what a wonderful family run business!!
As soon as I placed my order I received an email from Simon letting me know the shipping information. The drum kit I ordered came quickly and delivery was great.
I received some lovely drum sticks the day before the drum kit arrived, which I hadn’t even ordered. The drum kit was great value (cheaper than other sites) and is packaged very well. I even received a gift card as a thank you for ordering. I mean, wow. You just don’t get service this good anymore!! I couldn’t recommend them enough and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you SO much, I am blown away.

I ordered through here because I couldn't get a yamaha guitar delivered before Christmas on another website that was more recognised. As always, when using someone I never have, I was hesitant. I was swayed by the positive reviews of Simon being a big mention. So thought I'd test the water and do it with Klarna ( safer right ).

BUT.... I have to say, from the moment of ordering to the point of delivery and after, it has been by far the best purchasing experience I think i have ever had!

Simon, was honestly on the ball from the start and until the end. Customer service obviously means a lot to him and customers alike, and this was proven continuously.

Im super impressed about the service. Simon has help me to choose the right guitar for me as im just still learning and never bought one before. He also kept me informed about the shipping progress until i got it. I definitely recommend this well managed business to everyone.

Simon is an absolute legend and runs a brilliant business! Ordered a Donner Backbeat through him, for an absolutely brilliant price. The process started with contacting him about ordering it, with him offering to make me a bundle including a throne, sticks and headphones to properly get me started drumming, and once again for an exceptional price. The only issues that came of this instant support, were the shipping, no fault to Simon at all. Shipping was processed using XPD, sent from the manufacturer directly, rather than from Simon, as it was an online exclusive. It took a lost package and a few weeks worth of back and forth between the manufacturer until it finally arrived! Considering this delayed shipping though, the throne, sticks and headphones coming from Simon came within a matter of days, and his service overall was absolutely excellent, even giving a Love2Shop Giftcard as a good will gift, and a reimbursement Amazon Giftcard as an apology for the issues caused by the courier. Overall, Simon's service was exceedingly excellent, and I will be purchasing again from him in the future, as he wants nothing more than the best for his customers, and I'm really glad with how everything turned out, always trusting him and never once worrying that things won't actually turn up.
