SCAM SCAM SCAM. Clothes are awful, Placed an order and tried to cancel straight away as it was clear it wouldnt arrive on time. They blanked multiple emails until about a week later when they said that the order had already shipped. All lies, products arrived today and are truly shocking. I hope you all read this befor epalcing an order with this terrible company. Clothes going straight in the bin. Quality 0/5 Order 0/5 Delivery service 0/5

Sting in the tail when I looked at the returns policy, stated a returns address in CHINA at a cost if £24 - no way. Will never purchase from this false non-UK based company ever shsin. Once bitten twice shy.

Shoes cost £15 Richard and Clarke sell them for £64 get stuffed! No refund they are based in Netherlands.

Do not buy from this brand. It is a scam. Such bad quality. Label was an upside L. Costa £24 to get a return.

the goods aren't as advertised. Looks like they use some other bodies pictures to sell their goods, cos, what arrives is cheap, shoddy and nothing like the photo. They take ages to deliver and only when you ask for a refund they offer 10% if you complain, they up it to 40%. Any company that you haven't heard of before, check with Trustpilot so you know what or with whom you are dealing ,They make returning these good difficult and string out their replies. Big scammers from China, who will not receive returns through their Dutch address

Long delays for delivery. When they arrived the item is of poor quality and does not reflect the items shown on the website. Clearly a sweatshop from across this world not a London company as the a logo aims to fool.
I am attempting a refund but am not hopeful.

As many have said already what an absolute SCAM!! And.....that I should have checked these reviews before purchasing my goods! What an idiot I am! I have been waiting for delivery should it ever arrive. This is a Chinese outfit posing as a London company. I'll look into seeing if the website can be taken down by the authorities.

Poor quality items at inflated prices. Delivery times are much longer than stated and customer services ignore emails.

Do not buy from this company , bought 2 pairs of shoes for size choice, emailed 4 times and called once to start a refund and got nothing back , you cannot get to talk to anyone you just have to leave a message , again got no response . Absolute scam company. So angry with myself for not checking reviews first £70 down the drain 🤬

UPDATE: One of my two items arrived in the end and to say the quality is shocking is an understatement. I have seen the same style being sold in Lidl for £8 and they’re 10 times better… not £35!!

I’ve been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order and still no sign of it. Every couple of days I’ll get an email that says ‘order update’ as soon as I go to track it there’s no information available… typical! No way to contact them and numerous people having trouble with refunds etc. Alls I can recommend is nobody funds this company anymore as they clearly aren’t in it for the right business intentions other than to take money of people!

Good summer shirt and the colour looks the same as it did online. material feels light enough for warm days which was the main reason I ordered it

Absolutely shocking quality - clearly drop shipping from China. Purchased the loafer shoes. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING!

Requested a full refund, got offered a 20% refund and now will not respond with information to return products for a full refund!

I ordered a brown overcoat size XL, what I received was a blue overcoat, a totally different style than what I ordered and the size, at best, is medium. This is a blatant rip off company. I will be contacting the authorities about Richard and Clarke immediately. P.S It took twelve days for delivery of the wrong garment I ordered, which is ridiculous. Update on my purchase, so after the communication with Amelia which is the customer service rep, they offered me a 40 % refund of the 135.00 dollars that was charged on my credit card and I can keep the wrong garment that was sent to me, or I can pay to ship the coat back to China for 'maybe' a full refund. So what they are doing is clearing out their inventory to unsuspecting customers and sending them the wrong item that was ordered. The credit card companies should red flag this company immediately.

I wouldn’t even give it any star, I ordered a jacket about a month ago didn’t deliver on time - emailed to cancel order however they said order has been shipped could not cancel which again was a lie because it didn’t get dispatched a week after that.
Now I am trying to get in touch for a refund no response sent email about 5 times - the quality of the purchase is disgraceful so cheap. AVOID THIS

The quality is extremely bad. Packaging dirty and requested returned with no answer.

The quality of product and time took was shocking in regards to what was advertised. I’m still 2 weeks after delivery waiting to hear back on the returns details. They don’t have customer service in fact I’m not sure if they know the meaning which is a shame. Alan m

Do not purchase from this company. We ordered two sizes as not sure which would fit. Arrived late. Came from China. Terrible quality. We have been unable to contact them for a refund despite countless efforts

The website shows these nice shoes, probably pictures from other sites, and then what turns up is completely the opposite. Don't, DON'T, buy from here. It really is not good quality and looks bad. To top it off it's proving difficult to send them back. I'm being offered ANOTHER pair for £15. I pay full amount and they then refund minus £15 and a 20% refund on the current ones, so even they don't want them back!! Don't go there.

Was told my order was out for delivery on 29th sept. And now today told it is in a queue to be despatched. I have emailed and txt but they are not going through. Beginning to think I’ve been scammed

SCAM COMPANY. "Linen shirt" is 100% polyester and "beige" is an ugly brown mustard colour. This Chinese fake company is a complete scam. In order to return the item, I must email them to begin the return process. No doubt I will receive no email back from them. I'll be attempting to charge back my payment with my bank.
