Ik heb exact hetzelfde voor gehad met RichEx als Wouter Munster. Ook sorry sorry mails, komt er aan binnen 4 tot 8 dgn. Versturen we nochmaals met dezelfde t&t code wat helemaal niet kan. Maar ook bol ging het bedrijf benaderen maar niks meer van gehoord. Bestelling geplaatst op 1/7/26
Na 28 dgn en 8 x mailen en 2 x contact met bol.com is mijn pakket gearriveerd terwijl het al geannuleerd was door bol. Maar het gaat dus idd om een ander bedrijf nl. RichEx met een adres in Noord -Velzen.
Wat het product betreft : torenventilator voor €98 veel plastic en veel herrie voor die prijs. Hij gaat retour.

My overall experience turned out to exceed all of my expectations. Due to a warehouse issue, I have initially received a wrong package, but Rich.Exlusive resolved the issue impeccably and with very good communication. I somehow managed to miss their emails about the issue being resolved and when I finally received the package, it was a great surprise and I almost cried, as my order was meant actually as a gift for my husband's birthday.
