The whole experience was really good. .Ben is friendly, cheerful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything very clearly and with great patience. I find all the staff at Ruchmond Skoda Botley go out of their way to be helpful.

Wow, what a salesman Joey Danladi is! He made the whole experience of purchasing our new car such a seamless process. Really great experience visiting the showroom and taking the Elroq for a test drive. Ben was fantastic from start to finish friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy.
