Dealt with Benjamin came in just to have a Quick Look and test drive although we ended up going for different brand of vehicle if we hadn't chose a different brand and decided to go with Skoda I'm sure we would of been very happy with the friendly and helpfulness of the Southampton store in general if we did choose Skoda in the future they would be our first call. Great service.

Car was booked in to have a new windscreen washer pump fitted because no water was being delivered to the windscreen. Car was booked in following an assessment from one of the senior technicians who said it would be the pump. Dropped the car in at 08:15 and eventually at 13:15 I was told my car was ready but needed to booked in again so the worked could be completed! I enquired why hadn't the work been completed now but I wasn't really given a satisfactory explanation other than it needed to be booked in for the work to be done. They had however, conducted a vehicle health check and noted advisory works which would cost around £2,137 I wasn't best pleased to sat the least! The car is probably not even worth that much! So, I booked the car in the following week for the pump to be fitted and stressed I did not want to be sitting around for 5 hours. I dropped the car off again at 08:15 and was told the work had been completed at 10:00 at a cost of £258 much lower than the health check report and much quicker tgan my first exoerience a week previously! Drove the car home, but thought I'd test the windscreen wipers on the way only to find they were not working! Unbelievable! Called Skoda and I'm waiting for them to call me back!

Bought 3 years old superb. Car wasn't road worthy. Called for service. Skoda mechanic tool car to the nearest VW garage as was ,, broken ,, . Skoda Southampton refused to pay for this. After all day on the phone and all the stress , they decided to do part of the job. After this I needed to finish job myself and spend on the car another 1500£ . Those are worst then buying the car on the side of the road . Avoided them !!!!!!

Really easy transaction, Richard didn’t pressure me or try to sell me anything I didn’t need and was very helpful throughout. He was flexible and allowed me two have a 2nd test drive with my whole family to check our new car suited all of our needs.

Joseph Danladi made the whole process a dream, I walked in, he offered me coffee, we chatted and explained I was hoping to part ex my Monte Carlo kamiq for a newer one. Jo was very professional, courteous and couldn't do enough to help me.

He offered me a test drive in the new Kamiq I was looking at, he checked my vehicle, got me the deal I wanted. It was a very relaxed, chilled time, it was a bit like a spa day.

He gote the deal I wanted and I'm very very happy with my new vehicle, he explained everything I needed to know, as did his boss. I have advised Jo, that I will go back to him when I need a new vehicle.

My sales person David was absolutely on my level from our first conversation. He understood my needs and desired outcomes, and was not pushy or too 'salesy' with me, which is what I personally like. He sorted me a test drive and then was efficient with the sales discussion and paperwork - vehicle was even ready the same day. He did exactly what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it and I cannot ask for any more.

Upon arriving at the Richmond Skoda showroom my wife and I was greeted by Tomasz. He asked us what were we looking for and we told him we needed a newer car than the one we have and a car that can take 2 dogs in the boot.
He showed us around two models, one was a good size and the other slightly smaller.
He then asked what we would like on the car in the way of features, to which we gave him our requirements.
We then went indoors and had a discussion about costs, colour of car, type of gearbox etc, this went on for sometime because Tomasz wanted to be sure he had what we were looking for.
After a short time, he said he one that suited our needs. Within 15 minutes the car was brought round for us to look at.
Our first impressions and requirements were happily met, and the colour was just what we wanted.
The mileage was slightly higher than we wanted, but given the fact we got 2 years warranty, 2 years servicing, 2 years MOT and road side assistance at no extra cost, made it a great deal for us.
We were given an hour to test drive the car, just so we were sure it was what we want, which was a lovely thing for him to do.
We drove back after the test drive and made the deal!
Tomasz was very understanding, listening to our every need. He explained everything in simple terms so we did not get confused or inundated with jargon we know nothing about. The time spent was a pleasant one from start to finish.
The car was ready for collection a few days later, full valet and a big red bow on the top :)
Tomasz spent a good 20 minutes going through all the functions and controls on the car, making sure we understood everything.
All in all I could not have wanted it to go any different, we felt relaxed and glad we went to Richmond in Botley.
Just having the car a few days, we are so glad we bought the model that Tomasz recommended.
A follow up call was made to us from Tomasz to see how we were getting on, which again is something I have never experienced with any other dealer, so it was appreciated to know we were not just "another sale".
I would highly recommend Richmond Skoda if you are considering a new or used car, and go see Tomasz, he is a great guy!

Everyone in Skoda Southampton was very nice people to help me buy my new car.They treat you with respect,not like another car dealer.But specially Joseph who was doing everything with me from start to finish.He managed to find me correct car,when I was too late to buy car which I found online and was going to see without appointment.And later he was supper helpful through all purchases process.This man knows what he is doing. I will definitely go back to them for my future car.

I have bought cars from Botley and Totton branches of Richmond group and have had two very similar experiences. All is great until you want any kind of after care, then they are awful. Also both cars I bought have had botched paint jobs on them. I bought a very low mileage two year old mg and the paint has chipped, two garages have taken a look and said there had been a shocking paint and bodywork repair done which is why it has chipped. I would not use Richmond group again as they can’t be trusted, I love my car but not richmond group. They promise everything but don’t deliver.

Really smooth process. Joey the salesman explained everything thoroughly without trying to upsell all the packages which a lot of dealers would otherwise do. I made clear informed decisions and I am very happy with the customer service provided.
