We called into Richmond at Botley on our way home on 27 October as the module had disconnected for the radio. The car was taken to the workshop where the module was reset. Hopefully it won't happen again but if it does we will need to book it in next time. Very impressed with the service we received.

Came across an advert for my car and hence the Botley dealership online and they appeared to offer just what I wanted in product and recommendations of service..hence I travelled from Reading to view the car at the end of March ...seen by Geoff who was easygoing yet informative and very patient with my decision making process which was a bit laboured after a bad experience at another dealership the previous week ..(note to self ...avoid 'car 'supermarkets' in future!)
Collected my new mini Cooper S on 1st April and again met with friendly efficient service from all staff ...the car had had a few minor paint chips repaired and it appeared 'as new'

The whole purchasing experience was very smooth and professional. The sales exec (Geoff Cain) was very helpful and guided us though the paperwork minefield.

Good deal in the end, but marred by poor admin. The car I initially ordered, paid a deposit on and was due to pick up was sold to someone else. However, I was given a good deal on another car, which I've been pleased with. But there is still admin outstanding to get the warranty that was agreed to be finalised

Geoff the man who I was dealing with was very professional and he made a whole experience nice and easy. I would definitely recommend buying from Richmond M G because they know their stuff
