I'm happy for the one's who had smooth redemptions... I on the other hand had to wait a couple of days for my redemption. Customer service answered with vague answers and they did not show that they were empathetic to the situation at all... I had redeemed before and there was no problems on my end with my bank soooo if you're needing instant redemptions BEWARE.......

This site claims they provide instant redemptions. I redeemed 2 days ago, still hadn't received it or any email stating anything about them receiving my request or any communiation of any kind, so I spoke with the chat agent who informed me that they noted on my account to expedite my redemption. I waited and then cancelled that redemption and requested a new redemption. It has now been over 27 hours and still nothing. My redemption is still pending. I emailed support and received a reply that said, "Most redemptions process instantly; however, some undergo a brief security review. You’ll receive your redemption as soon as the check is finalized. Thanks for your patience!". I responded saying, "What is the timeframe for completing a security check? It has been over 26 hours already. It is not professional to do this especially without communicating why you are holding onto someone else's winnings. Doing business with you feels very uneasy." Their reply was, "Our time does not have a time frame yet because every case is different." Lesson is, they can't be trusted.

Awesome top notch customer service are attentive and will help to get you paid quickly and very little effort and the great part was my very first time cashing out from start to finish was under 4 hours and once again that was my very first cash out, with every other place that I have cashed out at I have at minimum had to wait 3 days for first cash out.

Sometimes they're kind of iffy. I've won on the site. Redemptions are supposed to be instant. I won $500 yesterday and am still waiting. I've had slight problems with redemptions in the past but the issues were always resolved in a timely manner. The customer service reps are nice. However I'm being told today that there are a lot of redemption requests and a ticket has been created regarding mine. We'll see what happens.

I am getting ignored via email despite full provision of all my necessary documentation. I have a $1500 redemption that should’ve come to me 6 days ago. Update as of 3/4: I was eventually paid so I’m bumping this up to 3 stars, since there was zero communication about why my redemption was held up. I am now unfortunately going through the same thing with a new redemption.

So far, my experience with RS is Excellent. Great customer service. Verification was easy, and redemption, even though it says instant, is a lot faster than most sites. Great bundles and selection of games. Prolly sticking to this Platform more than most🤙

All these 5 star reviews are fake, I deleted mine. They pay you at first and then they wont pay you at all. Stay far away trust me

Ongoing battle of trying to redeem but to no avail.

Every time I message support to see the status of my redemption they say it is in progess and to be patient.

Everywhere on the site claims instant redemption but at this point I doubt I'll ever get it.

Half of these reviews are probably fake and they send the same botted message to each person with an issue.

Beware of using a referral because every time you spend money they know and they will find out every time because they get credit for it. That is not cool I don't want people to know every time I spend money. Every time I was spending money this person was telling everybody how much I was spending. I asked the support team if they could just take me off of her referral and know they cannot so I can't spend money with them anymore.
