Had to have been one of the worst experiences on any online sc site. Offers instant redemptions that aren't instant. If you ever get even a small win you will go on a very long losing streak. Every buy the bonus feature will return around 10% or less. Only good thing is the responsiveness of their customer service.

won $480 on RichSweeps and have been unable to redeem my winnings. Every attempt to cash out to my debit card results in a generic “something went wrong” error.

I previously experienced a similar unresolved payout issue with SpeedSweeps for $180, which is operated by the same company. Because of this pattern, I am concerned about the reliability of the redemption process.

I have contacted support and am awaiting a resolution. If this issue is not resolved and my winnings are not paid, I plan to escalate the matter through a BBB complaint and other consumer protection channels.

They falsely advertise instant redemtions. They dont even redeem it within days in have redeemed 3 times the first one needed me to jump through hoops in order to get it. The customer service rep said its only like that on the first redemption. So the next time it sits in the pending que for 5 days so I play one more time and now its pending aga I n. Why do they advertise instant redemtions that is literally the only reason I am playing there to get my money faster than other places they dont have great deals or any good coin packs. So its ridiculous I thought i would actually get one out of 3 instant redemtions but who knows how long it will sit in the pending state this time. I wont be playing here again. The best selling point about this site is a lie. The obviously have the ability to make an instant redemption so why arent they doing it. Smh FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I gave it 3 chances and none of them worked out. The reason I gave it 2 stars because I do have good luck on it.

I would love to shout how amazing this site is since I have had my best luck ever but I should have known it was too good to be true. I am sitting at a balance of 30k and yet, can't actually get any of it. I have wasted thousands on this site and can't get them to process a single redemption. Even if I try to process a smaller amount like 1k, nope. Just endless silence. I keep being told it is with compliance. I have a VIP host who is zero help, the email support team is zero help, and this "compliance team" must not exist.

I am done waiting. All I am asking for is clear communication. I understand it may take a couple of days for a redemption instead of instantly (even though it shouldn't since legit sites don't) but to not even discuss with me what is happening? I will be making official reports today.

This is a great site! They're legit and they're fast!! I contacted customer support because I thought I read that if your redemption said "pending" to contact customer service with documents proving its your card your using. I have no issues with that. I contacted them and I got Amanda Garcia and she was very friendly and very helpful. I asked her if I needed to send in the proof as I had the pics ready to share to her. But i had also made sure to do my verification process before I deposited as that's what I do on all the sites I play on. She said let her check and it wasn't even a minute that had gone by and I got an email stating my $200 redemption was in my account. I went to my Skrill account and it sure was! Got my redemption 3 days later

Love this site all the other sister sites are wonderful.(speedsweeps, sweepsroyal, dimesweeps) I will point out I have redeemed her many times and redemptions are always instant . That’s the main reason why I play there because who wants to wait for winnings… I submitted a redemption request for $400 at 2:30 PM yesterday (01/31) they say it’s instant redemptions. They’re an awesome group however not so much for Richsweeps…. 24 hours later still no redemption everyone I talked to says there working on it it’s in queue… then I was told last night at 8:30pm they were actually working on it now and should have within the hour … this morning woke up still nothing … waited a full 24hours … checked and redemption still pending … I did love how at the end they apologize but then also provided me a list of other games I can play while I wait like are you kidding me ? So I’m thinking maybe it’s the amount so I canceled that redemption because that clearly wasn’t doing anything and submitted a request for half let’s see how that goes…. it’s already been 1 hour and it still has not been processed so as you can see I would not put my money on this site I might change my review if this redemption gets done today.

Listen at first I was skeptical. I saw horrible reviews of people claiming they weren’t getting their winnings. So when I hit big and tried to redeem and it didn’t go through right away I was nervous. But support was always there for me even when I was being mean about it. They told me to remain patient and that everyone gets their winnings no matter what. Well they were right, a few days after my redemption request it went through! Sorry I doubted y’all.
