I had a voucher to use, but so disappointed that I could not use it for Stein’s at Home Dishpatch meal kits as several friends had told me how good they were. Had visited Stein restaurants in the past so decided to get something from the online fish shop. The delivery was well packaged and the fish was excellent quality. Using the voucher at check out was not clear and had to contact customer service who were responsive and very helpful.

Always good quality products.
The fish soup and the salmon pate are to die for.
Extremely well packaged, and arrived when it supposed to.
Will be ordering again.

First rate fish, excellent recipes and the order arrived on time and in superb condition.

We went there for lunch. The service was great. We enjoyed the starter and the dessert. However, the main, which was meant to be belly pork, was a let down. It was basically a large lump of fat, with hardly any meat. Shame, as this took away from the experience.

Glorious Christmas pudding. Please never stop making them.

I have so far made three orders from Rick Stein online fishmongers and I have yet to receive a correct order. Every time something doesn’t turn up or something else (that I didn’t want) is substituted without asking me.

The food that has turned up has so far been delicious but the pate has a life of only four days. Getting through 250g of it that quickly takes a bit of doing so could you please do smaller sizes - say 100g jars?

Arrived when stated in perfect condition. Haven’t tried yet but I have no doubt they will be perfect.

Bought a signed book as a gift and it arrived safely and timely. Only minor issue is they use Evri and they're about as reliable as a paper umbrella.

Order was made up and dispatched very quickly, all items were delivered and in good condition within 4 days from the order being placed
