Muhammad Shahid YL17GYE my booking didn’t turn up to location and put completed booking!!! Absolute shambles of a company taking money when not completing bookings and drivers doing this nonsense for a few quid.

This firm are thieves. I left my phone in one of their taxis. As soon as the car drove off I realised that I had left my phone in the taxi. Contacting them via phone is impossible. So I went into town and spoke to one of their drivers. They claimed they asked their office of my phone has been found and the office denied all knowledge of the fair (even though I booked it online). Eventually after I could prove that the fair was legit after showing them my invoice my phone was suddenly found. I even gave them my number to ring the phone and they just said it was dead. Yet when I got my phone back, I had no missed calls.
This firm is an absolute joke, liars and thieves work for them. Avoid at all costs.

My partner left his phone in the taxi on his way to work. This company looked after it, answered the calls when we rang the phone, and continued to keep it safe. They delivered it back at a cheaper rate... trustworthy and reliable.

Shouldn’t be allowed on the road!!!! Caused damage to my young son's brand-new car when he was stationary and giving way. The driver who goes by the name of Zeeshan got out of the car and was instantly hurling abuse and blatantly denying the damage. Had the audacity to phone the police acting like the victim. He is Still denying all fault and trying to say the damage was already there!! Rang customer service who are just as bad and aren’t willing to help or resolve. Disgusting all round! A prime example of why insurance is through the roof by scam artists like these!!!

I booked a return taxi from the holiday Inn express to the ightenleigh social club at 6.30pm and return at midnight, the outward journey was carried out, I showed the driver the taxi booking slip from the hotel and he assured me that the driver would return for me at midnight, this didn't happen no taxi came I waited for over 30 minutes.
I had to walk back to the hotel in the rain, in heels & on my own

You book a taxi it gives you a certain time

The certain time is always breached

Paying for a service which provides a time which the service does not stick to or the driver

I will not be using this taxi app anymore. Poorly managed

What do I mean by that drivers take too long even after the app has given estimated time

Drivers accepting new jobs before job is finished

Your lost

Drivers should think about things like this but they don't why because it's only money on your mind

After booking a taxi then waiting 10mins for the driver to arrive while the driver is around the corner not moving

Drivers are having a bad impact

Change your ways before people change there taxis

I always use this comapny, they are very professional service is absolutely brilliant they never fail to pick me up. Will use them time and time again
The drivers are very careful drivers and vety well mannered.

What an absolute shit company. The app just keeps finding a driver. Waste of time and money. The deduct money prior to even allocating the driver. Please refund me. Thank you

Paid 300 for a taxie didn’t show up not sure if it’s a scam or what hopefully will get the money back

Booked a 8 seater was sent a 6 seater. Taxi was late. And hen he finally arrived refused to come to the front door saying it was off the main road.
Need I say more.

Driver started driving off as my 78 yr old mothe was stil getting out of the car and she was dragged to the concrete ground hitting her head.
As she lay down crying the taxi driver didn't even get out of the vehicle to try and help.
I just got an apology and he drove off.

I booked a taxi 2 days in advance, yet they hadn't found a driver for me til 15mins AFTER the booked pick up time! Late for work and in trouble with my boss, thanks a lot RIDE APP. Cannot recommend.

I don’t even want to give one star just got one eck of a lot of crammed rude drivers who think they can speak to people just how they want you get in there cars all calm just wanting to get home but by the time you get there they leave you wound up to the top

Best company taxi

Been a full year and I still haven't got my £55 refund from an airport run Manchester to burnley app charged my card after paying driver Cash!! , have not used them since! a whole Year full of false promises!! getting told someone will call with no follow up!! went on app and they have deleted the booking from my profile! Absolutely disgusted angry frustrated, it's a goodjob I belive in a afterlife!

WARNING: DO NOT prepay with the app. Our taxi arrived and then drove off without us, i then got an email saying journey complete and took my money. Several calls to customer service but just get the runaround and no refund. Fraudsters.

The app said the price was £7, however we were charged £8 in the taxi. Disgusting service

The driver did not help with putting luggage in to the boot of the car he then as soon as i get in to the car he said " i live and have just come from burnley to Blackburn and your going to Preston it's an out of town journey (coming from one town to another to collect someone is an out of town journey 🤔) so can I have my money now ? " I said "huh? You have not taken me to the destination yet" driver: " because I'm going out of town" I said " your already out of town if you live in burnley and you've come to blackburn to pick me up" 🤔 he screwed his face and I thought just pay the £15 and get moving it's 22°c outside and this guy wore a leather jacket windows up
W-T-F we get on motorway ALL 4 WINDOWS COME DOWN I THOUGHT T-W-A-T so I put back 2 up halfway he gave me a dirty look through the mirror and kept driving he couldn't follow sat nav I told him where to go what a joke.

Driver was really rude I was on my own with a baby (5 months old),pram and a lot of shopping he didn’t help me with anything so I had to leave me baby alone whilst I put my shopping and pram in the car. When I was finally in the car with my baby he set off before I strapped me baby’s car seat in.

Terrible service. Took money before ride was confirmed. Showed that there was more than one driver approx four minutes away, then connected me to a driver that was twenty minutes away, missed my connecting train to go and collect my son. Never use this app.
