Lovely instructor, had a good day!

It's not the school, it's the teachers that makes the school great. Having a qualified instructor alone do not make them good teachers, but to have instructors that can communicate and relate effectively is what makes the difference. In my 1st and 2nd CBT course I was trained by Jorge and my 3rd CBT I met John, both instructors goes that extra mile to ensure that we understand everything clearly without any doubt. Building up our confidence and safety before taking us on the road. Even while on the road, they put their lives in between us and the traffic. Ensuring our safety as their top priority. With that in mind I will definitely send my daughter and sons here for their CBT.

Good training and understanding trainer. Never been on a motobike so it made it easier.

Very professional and friendly trainers who gave me some brilliant advice to help me pass the CBT.

The motorbikes were great, the day of training/learning was broken down into good bite
digestible sizes.

What made my experience great was the fact after I fell off I wasn’t comfortable at all on a bike but they didn’t let me give up and helped me to keep going and encouraging me and I ended up passing

I did my CBT in Poole with Harvey, first time I had been on a geared bike, Harvey was very patient and a great teacher, 5 stars!

I asked for help booking my sons cbt on the live chat as he is dyslexic, helped without hesitation. Excellent service

Booked month ago, instructor canceled less than 24h before training, leaving me unable to request refund. Put 240 quid in this sht scammmer company. About to report then everywhere i can.

So I booked my cbt quickly short notice as I’m electrician and needed it to get back to work asap as I work for myself. Couldn’t find my hard copy of my cbt but I had my old training company’s number wrang them up got my cbt number sent to me which can be put in the system to be checked against my id , they wouldn’t let me do it didn’t want to help or even try check in case I was forging documents ? What a load of rubbish and wouldn’t give my money back would never deal with them again already booked with some one else

I passed my cbt today and could thank the instructors Karl & Alex more not are great instructors and very professional, would highly recommend to anyone who’s nervous and wanting to get on the road!

So i booked and paid 19th got cancelled day before then they rebooked me for 23rd and today it got cancelled again all together that was 4 rebooking and whenni asked today will you rebook me for other day they told me i will get refund bc they cant deal with my case absolute scam Avoid Avoid that site is mega nasty they will lose your time 5 days and then you wait for refund 10 more days so basically you five them your money for 15 days and dont receive what you paid for

I recently completed my CBT with RideTo and had a really positive experience. The instructors were very strict about clothing and boots, which at first felt a bit stressful—I was even given 30 minutes to bring proper boots—but looking back I really appreciate how seriously they take safety. My instructor was extremely patient, supportive, and gave his 100% effort throughout the day, which made the training much easier to follow and more enjoyable. I left feeling confident and well-prepared. Would definitely recommend RideTo for anyone looking to complete their CBT with a professional and safety-focused team.
