Great customer service after sales - rare?
Jess at Ridgemonkey sorted out a problem I created (I lost a handle- doh). No fuss. No bother. This ridgemonkey is good quality kit and customer service is just as good. Very refreshing

I had an issue of leaving my markapole…
I had an issue of leaving my markapole weights in france, emailed ridgemonkey and a very helpful lady called jess managedcto find me some spares amd delivered really quickly. Jess was super polite amd efficient, she is a credit to ridgemonkey

Its a 10/10 from me
I have had a few interactions with RidgeMonkey service and staff and each time its a 10 out of 10 from me. Communication and customer experience is key and RidgeMonkey have this in abundance! Staff are excellent and a credit to the RM group

Five star service won a power pack over…
Five star service won a power pack over year and half ago first time of using it wouldn’t charge after a few emails they agreed to post a new unit out to me couldn’t ask for a better service.

Deep connect handle replacement
Had a pair of broken handles for deep connect. Emailed customer services and provided receipt and photos. New handles sent out the following day. Excellent customer service

I bought the ridge monkey combo
I bought the ridge monkey combo . Because they advertise the ridge monkey as a snack which type toaster I expected the combi to be a snack which type toaster and steamer , it isn’t . You can use it as a steamer , only room really for one person meal but not as a snack which type toaster . You can separate the top from the bottom and use as 2 separate pans but that’s a bit pointless . Very disappointing .

Sorry to see you're unhappy with the functionality of the Combi & Steamer Pan. This pan features a deep-sided flat-bottom frying pan, a four-section pan, and a removable steamer tray.
Meal suggestions for the Combi & Steamer pan would be a full breakfast, steak and vegetables - the list goes on.
If you were looking for a specific product for toasties, we'd highly recommend our Connect Sandwich Toaster (standard or XL).
We're not aware of any advertisements of the Combi & Steamer being shown to be used as a toastie pan - if you're able to send to us what you've seen we'll review this ASAP.
First Class service
First Class service, I had a problem with my new C-Vault charger as it would only work when plugged into the mains. I contacted customer support via email and corresponded with Jess who was extremely helpful and supportive of my issue, I evidenced my issue and and a replacement was sent out that same day. I have now received my new one which works perfectly.
Thank you Jess and outstanding service fur Ridgemonkey, I would definitely recommend their service. They are way above other companies fir their service compared to others in the same market who I have dealt with before 👍

asked a question for an old product that has subsequently failed due to amount of use its had, shared my question asking for spare handles for one of my pans got a response instantly and will purchase some new ones as and when they come in stock.
pleasant experience with a great outcome.

The bait boat is excellent- a simpleproblems solved
The bait boat is excellent- a simple, no nonsense quality product. You know the quality of a company when you have a problem. Straight away they took responsibility and repaired the boat and then replaced it for a new one without a fuss. Great boat, fantastic customer service and outstanding company!

Fantastic customer service.
Jess handled my enquiry promptly and I was very happy with the service I received. I love my RidgeMonkey and have used it many times in the short time I have owned it. The fantastic customer service is another reason why I highly recommend their products.

Once again the support team at ridgemonkey have come through!
Managed to lose my remote key fob for my Bivvy lite ir. The guys had the replacement in the post within 24hrs of the question being asked.
Not the first time either!

RM Booilie Grinder …
Contacted RM as the kid of my grinder had broken and it’s a pretty dangerous item to use without a lid as any slip your fingers could possibly be cut of or badly damaged , contacted RM to see if they had spare I could buy , reply sorry we don’t stock those , apologise .. and that was it .. not helpful at all no other options or advise.
Regrading me not replying to your email there was actually nothing to respond to I am afraid …
