Great customer service and aftercare from start to finish. From my initial phone call—asking whether I could return the item directly or send it back through the retailer—right through to the repair and delivery, everything was handled brilliantly. Five‑star service, highly recommended.

I managed to drop one of my connect toaster handles in a lake. I emailed asking how to buy a new one and they emailed asking for my address. 2 days later two new handles turned up free of charge. Exceptional and outstanding customer service. Massive thanks to Adam on customer services who solved my problem.

The XL frying pan is excellent. We use it in our campervan every day. One of the handles failed after 5 years but Ridge Monkey sent out spares free of charge,

Using my ridgemonkey stove last weekend and the regulator broke, it took just 1 email to get a replacement sent out and was with me 2 days later. The customer service and the communication was absolutely incredible and the products speak for themselves

Twice now I have been in contact with ridge monkey one was over my burner filter was blocked they sent me a knew one
The other problem was my bait boat 750 controller wasn't working they told me how to fix the problem I all ways get the help I need thank you for all your help . Thats why I buy Ridge monkey products

I had a problem with some handles for The Ridgemonkey compact toaster pan set so I emailed the company and they got the email on Monday morning within a couple of hours they had been back in touch with me and by the next morning a replacement set of handles had been delivered to myself.
Adam and the team have done themselves proud on such a professional and quick resolve. They have made me happy and relieved. Thankyou

Got brought the sandwich toaster/frying pan for christmas. Its been amazing until I silly lost a handle out the camper door.
Exceptional customer service. Quickly sent out two replacement handles so we can carry on cooking.

Asked for replacement handle in September 2025 for my xl pan as it broke. Im still currently waiting to this date for a replacement. I cant even use it

I had a problem with a product, the handle had broken.

The faulty parts would be replaced and sent as soon as possible.

Whilst at the caravan and motorhome show at the NEC we purchased a XL connect sandwich toaster. When we got home and opened it up we soon discovered one of the detachable handles was faulty. That evening (Sat) we emailed the company, along with photos explaining the issue. On Monday morning we received a reply back from Adam asking for our address stating that a replacement set would be sent. Handles were received on Wednesday. Outstanding customer service. This is the type of company I will be happy to purchase from again.

I managed to break one of the catches on their 36 L boxes emailed the Company ask could I acquire or purchase a new latch and Company sent me two new latches, you can always tell how good companies is when it sorts out problems this company has excel itself well done ridgemonkey

Had a problem with my Ridge Monkey Grilla BBQ bag zip. I contacted customer service and Adam has organised to send me a new bag even though it’s after the warranty period by quite a good few months. Customer service absolutely brilliant as ever from this lovely British company. I’ve got a ton of Ridge monkey product and whole heartedly recommend them for both the design of their products and their follow-up customer service. Unbeatable.
