Great packaging
On time delivery. The packaging was very efficient, and the product arrived still completely frozen, and if not unpacked, would probably stay frozen until the heat death of the universe.

Value for money,delivery driver left…
Value for money,delivery driver left package and no hang up as experienced in past with other suppliers which is important to me,realy well packaged had some fun with dry ice lol.thankyou great order will order again and very rare I bother sending in review 10 out 10 keep it up.

Delivery problem, no problem
Due to a technical problem at the courier my delivery arrived 24hrs late.
Fearing the worst I opened the box and most were still frozen.
The freezer pack at the base was still solid.

I ordered frozen rats for my bps
I ordered frozen rats for my bps, I messed up and put the wrong postcode but they was lovely about this and changed it for me.the rats came quick, frozen and in great condition definitely will become my regular supplier now as was previously going to pets at home but they had no where near the verity and was not as money efficient as Ridgeway . Happy snakes = happy human
