Our commitment to great customer service is responsible for our long-lasting relationships with customers, many of whom we have been supplying frozen food for years. Our collection of frozen food includes rats, mice, multimammates, gerbils, hamsters and various poultry such as chicks and quail. We also stock larger items like rabbits, guinea pigs and ducks. I always order from Ridgeway

I always order from Ridgeway for our rats. Good quality and delivery is really quick and I am notified when it will be arriving. This is really important to me as had bad experiences in the past with another company, £80 worth of rats defrosting on the doorstep.

Fantastic service

I always buy from Ridgeway, not once have i ever not been able to order what i want. Place the order before 12pm and get it the next day, you couldn't ask for better. Has ways arrived fully frozen, never had any issues, i would highly recommend, i wouldn't use anyone else.

from collection by the courier to delivery to me took far too long for frozen food stuffs ...32hrs
ordering was easy. ammending an order with a mistake was impossible.
previously a good experience...this time not so much

Excellent and efficient service with…

Excellent and efficient service with prices you cannot beat! High quality feeders packed perfectly and delivered promptly aswell as attention to delivery details. Massive thanks for the discreet packaging as the neighbours may not like to know about my personal zoo! Will be using Ridgeway for all frozen orders and beyond from now on.
