I am pleased that my moving issues were resolved after a great deal of back-and-forth. It's good to be part of the solution again!

Previous review: I'm disappointed in their service. I moved and they failed to deliver our box on the agreed day. I reached out in all possible ways and CS replied, "Unfortunately a bin delivery did not get scheduled for your pickup today." We've planned this for months.

I can't tell whether or not things are truly being recycled. But it certainly feels good to get rid of the plastic waste that otherwise goes in the trash.

This company needs better customer service.

I've been using Ridwell now for about 4 months and am very happy with it. They provide you with bags that are pre-labeled for pick-up and provide a link to schedule pick up with USPS. Cost per bag is $12, less if you schedule regular bag shipments, I pay $9 per bag.
I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because of another issue; they are impossible to get in touch with. I thought I'd do a 'good deed ' and Gift a starter kit to a friend. Something that should be simple; it is not! It was a perpetual loop of screens, I was asked multiple times for CCard info yet never able to complete the transaction, despite the fact that myCC was charged! I reached out to Ridwell by way of email, text and phone. No response. Finally, I get an email, 4 days later. Issue still hasn't been resolved.
I suggest you sign up for yourself, it is pretty straight forward, but I cannot recommend the Gifting option. Which is really too bad because it is a good service, but they really dropped the ball on the Gifting option.

So far so good. Have been using their services for several months. The pick ups are reliable and the documentation they share on how to sort your recyclables is clear. They are a bit slow to respond to emails but always do.
