The truck arrived promptly (early, actually, though they called first to be sure it was okay), which is refreshing after all the missed service windows I've had with other companies. The employees were polite and friendly. They were up front about the expense and worked carefully.

Jaeyoon and Matthew were prompt, polite, quiet, and showed confident expertise. I couldn't have asked for better to help finish off my move.

I had an almost new recliner sofa that just needed to go I didn't need it anymore, went to the website and got 2 very able young men arrive within 2 hours of requesting a pick-up. Both men were extremely respectful, polite and took care when removing the sofa. When I need services I will use this company again, I was called to confirm their arrival and price was reasonable considering the size and weight of this sofa. I know it will find a new home!

Anthony Lee and Treyden Marchenkuski were the best!!! We didn't have an appointment for pick up, but our neighbor did. We asked if they would take a fridge and they did everything to get the manager on the phone to approve the addition. Then they were extremely friendly and courteous never put out at the question to take extra. These kinds of traits are hard to find these days so we thank you both soo much and will be returning customers!!!

They were thoughtful and courteous even when we had to figure out how to get a treadmill through narrow spots! Our home is so much easier to navigate without the big exercise equipment.

Dave and Eamon were a wonderful help with getting rid of all my junk. The got stuff stored in awkward places down for me, they cleared stuff out of the basement and the garage, and were very polite too. Definitely five star service!

Booked their service on their website for 3-5 PM on Friday. They called me at 12PM to told me they were 15 minutes away. Explained that I booked for a later window only to be told that they finished at 3.30. Agreed to do it around 1 PM and I rushed home. They messaged me there was 1 job ahead of me. I waited two hours and messaged them again only to be told that I had to reschedule because they ran out of time. As if I want to waste my time twice!
