Communication lacking
I have given this 3 stars as put claim in 4 months ago and I had to call to find out where it was at to eventually find out the worker who started the claim had left and no one contacted to inform the claim would be looked at by another worker and they needed some information to process the claim and I am very disappointed that it took me to make a phone call instead of Rift contacting me and we had to get other information which has made our payment date longer for payment to be received and it will still take 6 weeks for payment to be received. Unless we ask for express and it then makes it less payment to us. Not best service this time disappointed. Still waiting on payment.

I have used rift over many years and…
I have used rift over many years and found their service to be generally really good and and smooth however this time, I had a experience I would not want to repeat. first of all my location was put in wrong and I was never asked to verify, which a double checked, after my claim I had gone in. I then lost confidence and asked for it to be double, which I called twice and nobody came back to me, it was only after I was paid my main claim that it was doubled checked it was wrong by a small amount, however there was no apology and I just got told it was more work, which I figured would be for Rift, I did get the money back, however I felt like I was not listened too on many occasions and no apology for poor service I received.

Unfortunately, due to the time of year that you contacted us, demand for our services was particularly high, as this is our busiest period. As a result, allocation times can be longer than they are during other parts of the tax year. That said, I can see that once a Tax Specialist was assigned to your case, your claim was calculated and progressed within a reasonable timeframe. We appreciate your feedback. The Rift app is easy to use, I found it very easy uploading the documents that were required. Sunny, the advisor who attended me was professional and ready to help, followed up accordingly when I had to provide further documents.
