The process is really easy; the team members are fantastic and help guide you through the process. The only thing they can’t help is how long it takes HMRC to work through your claim but the team provide regular updates

I wish I had read some of the reviews before starting my claim process with RIFT.
I began my claim in May, I wasn’t contacted by anyone until end of July but patiently waited and uploaded all my documents to the app in preparation.
About 9 weeks after starting rhe claim, they send me a final quote via their app including their charges. The button said ‘accept and receive 50% of your claim next working day’ so that’s what I did. No payment received. Emailed Thomas who explained that service is an extra 7% 😂
The business is a scam. I have now been told 12 weeks for payment, I might receive it by Christmas if I am lucky but not holding my breath after reading some of these comments.
